お風呂の掃除ができていない。 髪が残ったまま、小さい方のシャワーがでなかった。 ドライヤーもなくわざわざフロントに借りに行った。 タオルも人数分用意されてなかった。 以前泊まった時はとでもよかった。

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du métro. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Le personnel très professionnel. Le parking est un plus intéressant.

The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathrooms were very spacious. One thing to keep in mind is to consider the location: if you are doing many things near the ramblas, etc. you won’t necessarily be able to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day for rest as it is quite out of the way. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

A recepção muito boa, o recepcionista homem, muito gentil e educado, gostei muito dele, o hotel estaca cobrando 12 euros por pessoa no café da manhã, preferimos tomar café da manhã em uma lanchonete próxima, a localização do hotel apesar de ser em uma rua apertada era muito bom, enfim, voltaria pela estrutura e pela hospitalidade dos funcionários, principalmente do funcionário homem.

The room felt like missing maintenance, the bed was very bad, like needed to change the mattress because you could see and feel it was deformed.

Very comfy room, everything was clean. The location is not so great since it's a little bit far of all the main attractions. Overall was very good.

I have a long review for the Acta Laumon, but please bear with me. It started when British Airways lost our luggage. We flew in 4 days before our cruise from Barcelona, and I'd reserved the Acta Laumon not knowing much about the area, only that it had a three bedroom two bath apartment that would suit our family of 4 adults and a 7 year old. The Sagrera neighborhood was nowhere near most tourist attractions, so it was an iffy decision. It turned out to be an amazing familial area with great dining a couple of blocks away, and a great store where we were able to buy clothes and food nearby. The neighborhood was active with lots of regular families and and dog walkers. I felt safe and was able to watch and participate in real Barcelona life. We made friends with the pharmacist on the corner (never leave your meds in checked luggage) and the hotel staff was beyond amazing. We were in constant contact and they helped us through and even contacted the airline on our behalf every day. We ended up getting our luggage about 8 hours before the cruise started. It was a blessing in disguise. We didn't just stay in Barcelona, we lived there for a few days and the neighborhood was just amazing. I would absolutely recommend Acta Laumon as highly as any 5 star hotel in Barcelona. It's hard to overstate how much they helped us and how great the neighborhood was.

Staff, especially David and Sara were very helpful. Finding the hotel was very difficult due to the one way streets. No drinking glasses in the room. Shampoo in shower was empty. The hotel was very clean, quiet and fairly near to the Metro.

Ofrece una buena solución para alojar un grupo de cinco en un apartamento muy confortable. Un poco enredado lo del parqueadero pero cuenta con ese servicio y es muy práctico. Hacen unas retenciones por si acaso uno deja sucia la losa y son insistentes con eso.

L'appartement 3 chambres est propre, grand et bien agencé, l'hôtel est tout près d'une station de métro. L'équipe est sympathique, j'ai apprécié aussi le parking privé en face de l'hôte. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

The location is good, near to the metro station! It seems located at residential area, quiet and comfy. However, no fridge and no kettle thingy provided in the room! If u want a coffee, need to buy downstairs

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient for Sagrada Familia access but not a lot of walkable restaurants or attractions.

Pænt rent værelse, dog lidt småt. Ikke meget plads til tøj, kun 3 bøjler. Mangler mulighed for at kunne lave kaffe/te på værelset. Fin morgenbuffet og venligt personale. God afstand til metro, indkøb og restauranter.
