Nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor sin aumento del precio: mejores vistas, más amplitud, terraza preciosa, silencio total. Tenía un televisor de 19 pulgadas; les pedimos que nos lo cambiaran y lo hicieron en 10 minutos por uno de 43 pulgadas. Muy gradecidos por todo. Volveremos, sin duda

Einfaches 4 Sterne hotel. Da gibt es Hotels in der Kategorie die mehr Wert auf Qualität und Angebot legen.

Wir hatten in der Wintersaison ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit 3 Betten. Leider war das Zimmer sonst auf 2 Personen vorbereitet (Handtücher, Decken, keine zusätzliche Kissen). Klopapier wurde nicht nachgelegt. Wir mussten viel erfragen an der Rezeption. Daher Abzüge bzgl des Services. Ungewöhnlich fand ich dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel Plastikbecher im Zimmer anbietet und sonst keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasser oder Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war in der Wintersaison eingeschränkt und das Besteck war teilweise sehr verbogen und die Platzdeckchen zerfranst. 4 Sterne? Man merkt, dass es ein Hotel ist bei dem wenig Personal sich um viele Gäste kümmert. Gefehlt hat ein adequater ganztägiger Zugang zu Trinkwasser. In den Städten an den Küsten stehen überall kostenlose Wasserspender aber ein Hotel verweist auf den nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Und leider haben wir im Foyer eine Kakerlake gefunden. Der Mitarbeiter war irritiert und meinte, dass ja eigentlich noch keine Jahreszeit dafür sei. Ansonsten fand ich die Umgebung passend für Familien. Sagunto als auch Valencia haben fast an jeder Ecke einen hervorragenden Spielplatz. Wir waren im Bioparc, Oceanogragic und in der Stadt. Alles zu empfehlen. Die Stadt hat viel Charme und wir konnten eigentlich immer kostenlos parken. Gerne wieder

It was great to use the gym at this hotel. A bit cold in winter to use the pool, but good to see that it was available to use.

La chambre était très bien. Le personnel bien le seul bémol étant français et ne parlant pas l'anglais un peu compliqué.

La habitacion impeclable.

It was quite an experience. When arriving the entry (rotation) door was out of order so the side entrance has to be used. Check in worked fine and a very helpful receptionist di a very good job, but then we went to the room: - The phone did not work so to get the WiFi access I had to go down to the reception again. - There was no water for the bath tub, so Shower it was even there was a very nice bath tub, disappointing. There was no sanitary paper in the room - The TV in the room was the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel, it was the number after my labtop. Definitively not worth the cost of the room

El personal súper amable. Especialmente la Sra. del comedor que nos atendió de forma impecable. Muy limpio y bien ubicado. La zona de jardín y piscina también muy bonita. Y a dos pasos de la olaya. Sin duda volveremos. Muchas gracias por todo

Un clásico el Agh Canet , siempre voy 2 o 3 veces al año , muy recomendable.

La jefa de recepción no quiso darme la factura de mi noche de alojamiento me dijo que como la reserva la realize por hoteles.com que son ellos los que están obligados a entregarme dicha factura ya que el hotel le hace la factura a hoteles.com que son ellos los que pagan la habitación ya que yo le pago a la plataforma nunca me ha pasado ese caso pero viendo el problema que he tenido con dicha factura para poder justificar los gasto me pensaré mejor en seguir reservado por la plataforma de hoteles.com y sobre todo esa cadena de hoteles no volveré a reserva nunca más porque para ser una cuatro estrellas deja mucho que desear

Tranquilo y silencioso

Cama muy amplia y habitación grande y cómoda. No me ha gustado poder ver el partido del Barça

Fatal se supone que es un 4 estrellas solo miren las fotos y juzguen por vd mismos y no pude hablar con la direccion unos sinberguemzas dotmi en una cama de 90 y ki de matrimonio como se pidio en fin desagradable a no poder mas maña atencio por ello y por hotels . Com que tampoco como ahencia supieron solucionarme nada de nada pero pagado esta eso si , de verguenza , gracias

Muy buena ubicación cerca al mar, y justo lo ofertado bien calidad/precio

Hotel bien situado, cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo, la habitación amplia y limpia, el restaurante buffet sin mucha variedad pero cocinada con gusto, estaba todo muy rico, la única pega que podría poner es que la almohada para mi gusto muy baja, y el colchón un poco incómodo, pero por lo demás, es tranquilo, con actividades para niños y mayores tanto en la piscina como en otras áreas del hotel, para resumir un buen hotel, limpio, agradable y buen servicio en general, aunque se note que tiene sus añitos, y lo mismo necesite unos pequeños arreglos

Buena ubicación, buena limpieza, personal amable, buen bufete libre , lo único que echamos de menos han sido más actividades por la noches para los mayores. Gracias a tod@s por pasar unos días muy bonitos

Resort hotel of Spanish. As a Brit using the hotel for business, it was ok. But was not allowed to check in until 3pm. Had arrived in Spain from a start of 2.30am. Bigger issue, not one Iron or ironing board in the hotel! So for a business meeting I looked like I had lived in clothes for a year!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Not so happy sharing pool and restaurant with 60 plus school pupils. Noise when eating was horrendous. Unlucky time to have visited this hotel. Check beforehand. Food good standard and variation.
