Great location and room. Just across the street from the beach. Good for walking between different beaches. Lot of restaurant just outside the hoteö.

La situación del hotel es inmejorable, habitaciones cómodas y bonitas, la terraza con vistas al mar maravillosa, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia en el hotel es su personal. Increíble, todos ellos, grandes profesionales y atentísimos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con la mejor de sus sonrisas, especialmente Ana del buffet y Carmen de recepción, pero de verdad que todos de 12. Han hecho que pasemos una semana excepcional. Sin duda intentaremos volver.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel ainsi que les boutiques, supermarché et les restaurants. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct, le soir également. Déçu de la chambre car 2 lits 1 place, pour un couple ça n'est pas adapté. Le personnel du restaurant est au petit soin, très polie et serviable, par contre tout le contraire pour une femme de l'accueil à revoir, vraiment désagréable, ne convient pas à ce poste

Upplevdes som ett gammalt scandic hotell. Läget bra och ganska bekväma sängar men där slutar det positiva. Frukosten dålig, konservfrukt, dåligt urval och väldigt få platser utomhus. Poolområdet är fint men instängt, ingen utsikt, delvis skugga, stänger dessutom redan vid 18:00. Dålig service i allmänhet! Städning sådär, städade aldrig balkongen, glömde lägga in nya handdukar, fyllde ej på tvål eller vatten. Pool/strandhanddukar kan lånas emot deposition, dock om man vill byta kostar det 3 euro per handduk per gång. Det står privat strand, det är det ej, allmän strand där man får betala för solsängar och parasoll. Fin utsikt från balkongen men… stora fläktar får byggnader bredvid låter MYCKET. Hotellet har 4 stjärnor men upplevs som ett med 2 stjärnor. Personalen ofta frånvarande i receptionen. Middagen som ingår och som serveras i den föråldrade 80-tals matsalen är ett skämt, inte värt priset. Hotellet är inte värt priset, välj annat.

First time in Palma de Mallorca and first time at this hotel, and honestly, a wonderful experience. The room was super comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service impeccable. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The common areas were spacious, clean, and fresh. I booked a car through a company they suggested, and for a truly reasonable price, they didn't even ask for a credit card. I requested a taxi for 4:00 AM, and it was right on time. What can I say? I can't wait to return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff.

The proper is lovely ,straight across from the beach and prime location for nice restaurants. Hotel lovely clean and friendly

Fint hotel ud til vandet. Rigtig god placering. Vi fik et værelse højst oppe hvilket gjorde det var god ro og dejligt. Vi er kommet der i mange mange år. Værelserne trænger meget til renovering og det er slidt . Men super placering og god service. Men trænger til en solid rengøring:)

The hotel has direct access to the beach (clear waters, clean beach) and a strip of restaurants/shops. Very convenient, did not need to travel far to get anything I needed. Would love to stay here again.

I was welcomed into the hotel with a smile and well received, the hotel is clean and tidy with a nice standing in the area with direct access to the beach and the pool, there is many restaurants close by and transport runs from just outside. my only comment would be that there is only 1 small 4 person elevator for the entire hotel. during peak times the wait can be long. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, what more can you ask for

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und an der Promenade mit den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und die Sauberkeit ist akzeptabel, aber noch steigerungsfähig.

El hotel Agua Beach tiene todo, excelente ubicacion, habitaciones amplias comodas y limpuas, el servicio de recepcion es escelente, el desayuno es muy bueno y recomiendo paguen las cenas bufette en el hotel, el cheff cocina riquisimo y siempre hay platillos tipicos e internacionales y gastas menos de lo que gastarias en un restaurant fuera del hotel, definitivamente regresaria al mismo hotel en Mallorca, soy de Mexico y se reconocer un excelente servicio. 💯

Ok hotell, men rengjøring kunne vært bedre. Treningsrommet hadde veldig lite utstyr.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April and were left disappointed. The room was not clean upon arrival; there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the shower never got hot and didn’t drain properly, coming close to overflowing. There was also no bin in the room, other than the sanitary bin in the bathroom. The TV remote was hidden in the safe, and it had no batteries in it. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was uncomfortably hot, even for this time of year. The rooms had no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening on the landing near our room all through the night. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work. Furthermore, the service was terrible. We were awoken on our first morning at 9 am by a workman banging on the door and demanding to be let in, but he couldn’t explain why he needed access. After our first night, housekeeping never cleaned our room, even though we left by 9:30 each day and didn’t return until 4:30 pm. Even when we left the “Please clean my room” sign on the door, it was still not cleaned. On our last night, we were awoken at 8:25 am by housekeeping trying to enter the room to clean, even though they knew we would be checking out that morning. Half of the amenities listed on Expedia were also not in operation during our stay, such as the rooftop bar and hot tubs. There was no spa as advertised, just a gym and sauna. This should be made clear when booking.

No room cleaning for 4days so bins were over flowing and towels and floors get sandy when you're in a beach in Spain, balcony was under a pine tree so hundreds of pine needles on the balcony by the end of 5days. We were told off for drinking water by the pool that had been bought at the shop next door. Isn't it in humane to ban water, we got through several litres a day to not faint! Breakfast was good though, the ladies in the restaurant were so friendly unlike all the reception staff who seemed very annoyed any time you asked for something.

Breakfast was excellent. There was not enough reception staff. The day bartender didn’t know how to make drinks or what glasses to use. It was inconvenient to have to take outside elevator to the second floor “ garden” to pick up and return towels. You have to pay $3 a day for your safe key and $10 deposit. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down and the ceiling above the shower was damp and peeling.
