The hotel was excellent in every respect. The whole hotel smelt clean. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Excellent coffee. Wonderful cakes and bread. Choice of quality cereals, especially the granola. Our room had a magnificent view from the long curved balcony. The heating was on on arrival. I cannot fault the hotel.

Nettes Personal, tolle Aussicht, sehr sauber. Frisches Ei und kein TK wäre bein Frühstück besser gewesen aber der Aufwand ist halt größer. Preis/Leistung auf jeden Fall top!!

Siisti huone, meillä oli rauhallinen oma pieni terassi ”puutarhalla”. Hotellihuoneissa on myös kunnollinen lämmitys. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja kohteliasta. Hotellilla on asiakkaiden käytössä kaksi paljua ja sauna - palju oli hauska kokemus! Ympäristö rauhallinen ja mukavasti melko lähellä myös Teideä.

Excellent

Der Empfang war sehr angenehm und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Leider war unser Zimmer so angeordnet, dass es relativ dunkel wirkte und kein Sonnenplätzchen hatte. Im Sommer sicherlich gut, im November leider nicht Ziel unserer Reise.

Hôtel ancien, mais bien équipé, personnel très sympathique, nous avons eu une excellente surprise avec le repas du soir, qui était d’excellente qualité et servi jusqu’à 21h30

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la suite. Chambre est propre et très confortable. Le canapé lit aussi. Il y a tout le confort. La pression de la douche est très faible. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et réactif. Le restaurant est top. Merci au chef cuisinier d’avoir préparé un plat spécial pour notre garçon ! Nous reviendrons.

petit dejeuner parfait personnel au top il manquerais juste de mettre un moustiquaire supplément dans le coin rangement car il fait un peu chaud dans la chambre cela permettrais de faire un courant d air

Todo 10/10. Muy limpio, el desayuno bastante bien, las vistas son increibles y su ubicación hace que sea muy fácil irse a hacer rutas de senderismo. Los empleados sumamente amables y hospitalarios, nos hicieron sentir comodos y bien atendidos en todo momento.

Firstly the hotel is in a stunning setting with access to hot tubs, sauna and loungers on the staggered terraced looking over the village and out to sea. Very clean and tidy surroundings with daily housekeeping and friendly staff. The entire place is beautiful. Sadly the hotel restaurant is only open on Sunday and Monday night but breakfast offers a nice selection daily. There's plenty on offer in Vilaflor for food and drink as well as a couple of local supermarkets and a fuel station. The main towns in the south are only about a 30 minute drive away with some stunning roads. We stayed in room 1 with a sea view. The room was a decent size for what we needed but the main air conditioning unit was on the outside wall and made loud buzzing noises every few minutes day and night. We had lots of broken sleep because of this so I'd avoid room 1 if possible. Other than that, it's a great hotel in a nice, quiet and cooler location than the rest of the island.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Grosses Zimmer Guter Startpunkt zum Nationalpark Teide (30 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Talstation der Teidebahn) Ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. 2 beheizte Jacuzzi & eine tolle kleine Outdoor Sauna die mit Holz beheizt wird. Frühstück entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Location tranquilla e fuori dalla zona turistica di Tenerife. Pulizia eccellente e servizi ottimi. Buona colazione. Vista panoramica bellissima

Alles war super, perfekt zum entspannen und gute Wanderwege

Ruhige Lage. Teide ist von hieraus sehr gut erreichbar. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr lecker und empfehlenswert.
