お二人の女性スタッフの、対応が丁寧で感じもよく、快適に過ごしました。 古い館のため、階段の上り下りは少し大変ですが、それもまた趣ある建物の楽しみでしょう。 ロケーションも良く、散策を存分に楽しみました。

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans le style du village, la chambre assez grande et propre. Pour ce qui est du confort il est impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin. Le bruit du restaurant sous la chambre et le bruit de tous les résidents de l’hôtel. Aucune insonorisation, on entend tous les bruits des autres chambres. Pas de climatisation, 25 degrés dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Des viennoiseries de la veille. Rapport qualité prix pas bon

Hotel muy bien situado y gente muy amable. Hace un poco de frio,ya que solo hay un radiador, y se escucha todo. Escuchaba a los de arriba constantemente. Las pisadas en el suelo, al ser de madera. Tenían niños y imposible descansar del ruido de la madera y golpes. El hotel es bonito, muy rústico y personal genial.

Hotel con mucho encanto. El cuarto muy acogedor y la cama muy cómoda. Los trabajadores un 10.

wunderbares historisches Gebäude , sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die nette Dame abends in der Rezeption hat mir bei einem persönlichen Problem kompetent, gut und ohne zu zögern geholfen.

Wonderful hotel in such a wonderful village. A must for everyone to visit.

This was our second stay in the Altamira and our second good experience. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. While some might see the lack of in-room WiFi as a negative, this was a good reminder to get out of the room and explore the beautiful and unique town that surrounds it. It was easy to pull up in front to drop off and pick up luggage and it is just a few minutes from the municipal parking lot. We would definitely visit a third time!

Great location right in the middle of the old town, very cool building and interior, very friendly helpful staff... Slightly noisy mostly due to how old the building is!

Nice anciet hotel, tastefully renovated. Clean, located in the heart of the village, but parking is no problem.

Hotel was wonderful, quiet and clean and really gave you a feeling of staying in an historic place. Hotel restaurant food was not very good. Tasteless and served tepid. However their desserts were excellent and the restaurant patio is charming.

We were made welcome on arrival and had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking main street. Santiliana is such a quaint place. This hotel captures some of the history with beamed ceilings and creaky floors but modern facilities. In central location with parking nearby in local car park. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby to sit and enjoy local hospitality. Hotel staff pleasant and friendly. Good continental breakfast selection.

Mycket prisvärt hotell beläget i ett 1600-tals palats mitt i byn Santilliana. Stora rum med alla bekvämligheter. Egen restaruant med god och prisvärd 3-rättersmeny där gott Rioja vin ingår i priset för 16 €. Bra frukost ingår med säväl varmt och kallt.. En upplevelse!

Das Hotel in einem alten Palast ist mit vielen alten Sachen stimmungsvoll eingerichtet. Kein Aufzug. Knarzende Dielen. Das Frühstück im Pavillon-Anbau umfangreich. Aber Haus ist sehr hellhörig! Durch die Bodendielen im Zimmer konnte ich ins Zimmer darunter sehen, das Licht von unten störte sehr, in den Dielen waren auch Splitter von über 10cm lose und kamen heraus, wenn man mit den Socken hängen blieb - echt gefährlich. An das winzige Fenster im Dach konnte man nur kommen, wenn man abenteuerlich über Stuhl und Bett hochkletterte, sich an die Wand klammerte, eine Zumutung für ältere Gäste. Im Bad gar keine Entlüftung. Matraze war sehr weich, wurde nach einer Anfrage ausgetauscht, etwas besser, aber immer noch weich. Drei Sterne-Bewertung? Nein, das sehe ich nicht so.

Very nice lounge to hang out in and play cards & chat. Very comfortable and clean.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is right in the center of the village, had breakfast included, and was just beautiful inside. It had everything that you need and our room had a nice bathroom. I would highly recommend.

The hotel folks are making the best of a challenging facility. This former castle has a number of practical challenges in serving as a hotel. The hotel Is on a Main Street so even though mostly traveled by foot, the noise is pronounced in the rooms. The WiFi does not penetrate the walls so a common area is where there is reception. The hallways and common areas are cold. The beds are adequate but not the luxury we are used to.

Hotel muy céntrico, y con decoración rústica muy típica. Habitación triple grande y con camas cómodas y confortables. Grandes prestaciones para un hotel de tres estrellas. Desayuno abundante y variado
