Nice bedroom, good breakfast and customer service.

El hotel está bien y céntrico. A mejorar la insonorización, se duchaba o ponía la tv el vecino y parecía que era dentro de mi habitación. Sin tapones no duermes.

As a 2-star hotel, it may not offer the same range of amenities as a 4- or 5-star property, but it more than makes up for it with its excellent cleanliness and very convenient location, making it a great choice for a comfortable and practical stay.

Perfecto

La habitación y el baño muy bien, muy limpio y buen estado. Lo peor, el ruido, se oia todo de la habitación de al lado. Tambien bastante ruido en la calle. El parking es en otra calle y es privado, cuesta 13 euros diarios, por lo que optamos por aparcar en la calle. El desayuno te lo sirven en la barra de la cafeteria que hay en el propio hotel.

El hotel muy bien situado en el centro y a la vez muy tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Volvería sin dudas a escoger el mismo si volviese a Orense.

Todo fenomenal, la única pega que no tienen parking y hay que desplazarse a uno cercano. El desayuno no es buffet pero incluso es mejor, hemos desayunado estupendamente

Ruidoso, desayuno excaso y de mala calidad , trato del personal mejorable, el personal de recepción trato personal poco cuidado .

Experiencia razoavel. O anuncio da hospedagem nao deixava claro quanto ao estacionamento, nem se haveria custo e qual a distância entre o estacionamento e hotel. De resto o hotel cumpriu o seu papel de um hotel mediano

Great location, though beware the chances of finding free onstreet parking are close to zilch. I paid 12 euros per day at the parking lot (that's about 10ish min away on foot) with the parking lot's discount (which was better than the hotel's). The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was very clean though it lacks a fridge (I missed that "small" detail when I booked it) but what I just can't overlook is the fact the hair dryer had the wires showing. All the staff I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. From 8am onwards you will wake up with other rooms being cleaned and furniture being moved around. All things considered it was pretty quiet even though it's in a very busy street with lots of traffic. The street was pretty quiet at night. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and lots of shops all around and within walking distance (I saw lots of bus stops too). All in all it was great value for money and I would consider staying again.

Recently renovated 2 star European hotel. Convenient location and fair price. Coffee downstairs for breakfast and few blocks away from downtown/ historic center. Good place, I would recommend if you are on a budget and stay a few days. Don’t expect other services or big lobby. It’s just ok.

I had a short one night stay; nice, clean room; ventilated bathroom; free wifi; good breakfast; central location; good room rate. I have no complaints.
