オテル AR ロス アルコス

レンタカーで行ったのでポルトの街中だと大変なのでこのホテルで大正解でした。 ハイウエーを降りてすぐで、駐車場もホテルのすぐ前でスペースも広々していました。 隣にショッピングセンターもあり利便性は最高です。 徒歩１０分弱でスタジアムの側の地下鉄駅でポルト中心迄３駅で着き観光も利便性が良いです。 ポルトの街中のレストランも海鮮料理が沢山有り大満足でした。

フロントの対応がよく気持ちのよい滞在が出来ました。

バスターミナルから徒歩3分、水道橋まで徒歩7分とても便利です

wifiの電波が弱いことは弱点 それ以外は満足でした。

El desayuno es tarde para cualquiera que trabaja a partir de las 8am. Llegue sobre las 18:30hs y no me dieron una solución por lo que pagué el desayuno y no pude desayunar. El gym está muy mal cuidado y faltaban mancuernas. Tampoco habían colchonetas. No volvería.

Breakfast was ok but limited choice, parking was great as underground in hotel and therefore safe!

Hôtel a proximité immédiate du centre ville historique. Nous avons pu bénéficier du parking jusqu'à 14h le jour de notre départ. Merci encore.

For a 4 star hotel I would expect a kettle in the room. The bathroom was clearly new but empty (no hangers for shower towels). No bidet either. Very comfortable bed and huge room. The staircase smell of fried oil,not pleasant. The view is magnificent. Parking was good as well.

Habitación grande y limpia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema cortina ventana y la recepcionista de noche lo solucionó al instante. Muy buena atención empleados y la situación del hotel a 5 min andando del Acueducto.

Food at restaurant was amazing, lots of places to walk for shopping and food.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, climatisation bruyante qui ne faisait pas de froid. Connexion internet très médiocre.

El hotel ya lo conocia, pero la recepcionista que me toco era muy antipatica y lenta. El resto del personal es muy bueno, pero esta NO

Nice hotel but a bit of a walk to sights

Buen hotel. Habitación amplia y limpia. Todo perfecto. Parking a 15€ (no está mal del todo) Toda la zona de alrededores es azul y los precios de los establecimientos solo para turistas, algo caros.

Excellent accueil, grand parking. Proximité du centre-ville, Excellent restaurant sur place. Un sans faute.

Large clean room with comfortable beds. Only a block from the bus station and a short walk to the aqueducts.

Excellent location, clean Hotel but Air Conditioning not working effectively.

On arrival the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room however smelled like an open sewer. As it was late and we were very tired after a long drive, we slept with an open window all night rather than going through the hassle of changing rooms. This room should not have been offered to anyone as, although it had been cleaned, the smell was evident immediately on entering and would have been noticed by the cleaners. This made our stay in this hotel unforgettable, for the wrong reasons. I assume the other rooms must have been the same as I find it hard to believe that smells from the sewer pipes came into just one room. If the breakfast and the reception staff hadn't been so nice we would have given a 1 star rating!!

Hotel em plena decadência, quartos com cheiro de esgoto insuportável quase não conseguimos ficar dormimos com a janela aberta, pegamos 2 quartos no quarto do meu amigo também estava cheirando esgoto. Atendimento bem antipático, o proprietário precisa decidir se quer continuar com hotel para hospedagem ou só alugar para eventos, fica tudo misturado recepção, sala de evento e hóspedes. A cidade é incrível e o hotel afetou nossa decisão de ir embora antes.
