I liked the front desk staff. If not them we would cancel our reservation and go to the other hotel. Location and room sizes were shocking, breakfast very limited. Preserved fruit served in the summer, etc

Really convenient to get to main tourist area. Staff difficult to find at Reception on several occasions. If you’ve got a car make sure you book a parking spot.

The hotel seems to have seen better days. The base in the shower was coming off the wall and had mold behind it. There were a few broken things in the room (e.g., the face plate came off the outlets in the bathroom when unpluggin the hair drier). The room had a large balcony which looked out over the bay but the furniture could have done with a wipe down. The garage is undergound and accessed with a car lift which was not for the faint of heart.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable but the hotel could do with some maintenance.

Friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower room. A few ‘teething troubles’ - one of the sockets providing power to the coffee pod machine not fixed to the wall, toilet roll had been wet and left to dry out - not acceptable. Coffee pod machine is a waste of time!
Parking right outside door of hotel was great, easy downhill walk through little streets to main area.
Very nice breakfast. Convenient for 1 night stay before catching ferry.

Lovely little hotel. Perfect for nice evening walks as it’s super close to anything you need. Room was clean and taken care of. Only downside was the AC is it didn’t work too well.
