I would stay far away from this hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly rude. Our AC was “working” but even at the coldest and highest setting, it was blowing out hot air. The WiFi is very spotty and did not work half of the time. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s close proximity to the airport. We stayed here at the end of August 2025 and it was pricey for what it was.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Strand und man hat die Möglichkeit bei einer späten Rückreise noch im Hotel duschen zu gehen, auch wenn man schon Checkout hatte. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich! Bei dem Frühstück kann man sich auch wirklich nicht beklagen, jeder wird etwas passendes finden. Wir kamen sehr früh morgens an und konnten um 10:00 Uhr schon das Zimmer beziehen. Eine top Unterkunft und sehr nah am Flughafen gelegen. Man konnte den Schlüssel an der Rezeption hinterlegen, damit man ihn nicht verliert, wenn man unterwegs ist.

My Grand Aunt and I stayed overnight while visiting Mallorca. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. All round service was excellent

Great place. Had two weeks with two disabled kids and everything was great. Central can pastilla, close to everything. I’m at Mallorca airport rn and they already wanna go back…😎

The Hotel Reception Staff were excellent , Professional , very helpful .

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse! Jag var här med min kille och var lite nojiga innan vi anlände då vi aldrig vart på Mallorca innan. Men det blev en fantastisk resa och ett perfekt boende som är nära till både strand och restauranger! 5 min från boendet ligger busstationen som tar en direkt till Palma, finns även flera bussar att välja på! 35, 25, 23 och någon mer om jag inte minns fel! Rummet var perfekt! Bra AC! Balkong, kyl och fräscht badrum! Ända negativa var att det är extremt lyhört, MEN inget vi störde oss på.

Just stayed for one night as we arrived very late at Palma. Arrived at 1am and there was one family checking in before us. It took ages for them to check in as it did for us, as we had to type in all info (zip code, country, state, address, email, phone number etc) for each member on the family on some kind of ipad. Family room was of a good size, with separate room for the kids. Beds were very hard and felt sandy like they were not clean, so didn't sleep well. Very poorly soundproofed so when the party people got home in the middle of the night it was very noisy. Breakfast was so-so, decent selection of both hot and cold, fresh bread and the kids loved the huge Nutella pump, but the bacon was not good at all, neither was the scrambled eggs nor the cooked broccoli. The cold ham did not look appealing so didn't try.

Absolutely disgusting! In the middle of the night I was wet though . The ceiling had a bit crack and water came though and wet me in bed . The bed was soaked . The electricity was flickering and went out . All they need was give me a upgrade for the last 5 hours and no refund I would of died from the electric and roof could of caved in and died disgusting hotel and staff

We had a good stay, convenient location right next to airport and beach.

Sehr schnuckeliges ruhiges hotel. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Supermarkt und kleinere Geschäfte drum herum. Vom Flughafen 7 min mit dem Taxi. Für ein Wochenende super zu empfehlen.

Very friendly personal

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Balear in Palma and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. There’s also a long, scenic marine drive nearby which is perfect for running, cycling, or using a scooter. Great choice for anyone looking for a well-connected base to explore the area! Airport is just 10-15 mins drive.

Bad and expensive.

The hotel was really lovely, immaculately clean in all areas.All the staff were helpful,friendly and would go out of their way to help in anyway they could. Room was spacious and we appreciated the hot shower and breakfast was good too.Would go back.It has a good central position next to shops,bars and restaurants.

Aufgrund der Rezensionen haben wir mit allem gerechnet. Ja,es war aufgrund der Lage recht laut und hellhörig. Aber mit geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage haben wir gute relativ ruhige Nächte verbracht. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und der Kaffee lecker. Für die Lage mitten im Kern gibt es nichts zu klagen. Lediglich die Parksituation ist ein grosses Problem und jeden Tag eine Challenge.
