Stayed 3 nights here and loved it. The staff was accommodating with my early arrival. The location is perfect for site seeing, in addition to accessing public transportation nearby. Would return again.

Located in the Gothic Qtr, was walkable to every attraction inc the Zoo, Aquarium, Beach and endless restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Excellent daily breakfast buffet. We will definitely choose the BCN Hotel Colonial on our next trip to Barcelona

Very good area. The room was adequate. It’s a bit dated and could use some touch ups. To be fair, I probably stayed in the budget room. Great location.

Perfect location to tour the gothic corridor on foot.
Staff was very helpful with accommodating our travel delays
The view for our room was beautiful of all the architecture. The lobby was comfortable.
So many beautiful places to walk to from the hotel.

Great location - within walking distance to a lot of great attractions. Room was nice. I had a great view of the busy street near the hotel. One downside was that due to the busy area of the city, it was very loud outside the room until the early hours of the morning. Staying in that bustling area of the city made it fun though (despite the broken sleep), so I would stay there again.
The staff were very nice. Great service and an enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

Our room was on the second floor and the room felt super spacious and everything. The ceilings are extremely tall, the bathroom was immaculate. My wife and I stayed here on our last night in Barcelona before flying out. One of the nicest hotels in the Gothic Quarter. Would highly recommend staying here.

The style of the building was so unique, being in the Gothic quarters, you can walk everywhere. Plus, this place was the only cool place in Barcelona! Very good AC. Renovated interior, but the structure kept it's old charm with 12 foot balcony doors, just perfect. Love my stay and would definitely go back!

Nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage .
Zimmer waren modern und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, Betten waren bequem.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und im Speisesaal genug Platz um sofort essen zu können, egal um welche Zeit man frühstücken gegangen ist.
Einziger Abstrich ist die Sauberkeit.
Bei der zimmerdurchsicht - um zu prüfen das wir zur Abreise alles eingepackt haben, haben wir einige Staub-Ecken und sogar Essensreste gefunden, obwohl wir nicht auf dem Zimmer gegessen haben.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was perfect for exploring Barcelona (walkable to most sights and so many amazing restaurants nearby) and going to the beach, the only thing to be aware of is the area is quite loud at night (the hotel provides ear plugs).
