Great hotel in a good location. Convenient mall next door with a lot of quick food options and some restaurants. Located far from the main tourist areas of Barcelona but the hop on and off bus stops right outside makes it very easy to tour the city.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from the beaches and close to the tram and metro. But it is more of a city centre feeling, and less quaint and euro feeling than other parts of Barcelona. The beds are comfy but the rooms are kind of dark, specifically the bathroom. The elevators are also very slow. The bartenders at the lobby bar, front desk staff and security are very nice.

Nice hotel with 2 pools and spacious room. very clean and nice staff. If the hotel is busy then you will have long wait for the lifts, thatvwas mybinly downside. Shopping Mall next door and close to the metro station.

Highly recommend this hotel! Get the premium room with the jacuzzi on the balcony if you can as well because the views are second to none! From the very start with the check in process, staff making sure all our needs are met during out stay to checking out, everything was smooth, professional and amazing

Vi boede på hotellet i 5 dage. Det er et flot og velholdt hotel, som ligger ved siden af et stort shoppingcenter, og i gå afstand til stranden. Udenfor holder der taxier parat, som har en helt fair kørselspris.
Vi fik lækkert aftensmad den ene dag i restauranten ved indgangen. Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men købte ved en af de mange omliggende bagere i området.
Det er to mindre pools, som er rigtig fine. Men det er svært at få plads der.
Wifi virker næsten ikke, så det skal man ikke regne med at have.
Hav i mente at man ved indtjente betaler et gebyr. Vores var på 50 euro, og det var vi ikke klar over.

No respect for VIP guest. Could only get an upgrade if I paid for it. They knew i have 20 procent discount for food and bevarege, but did not provide it and they could do late checkout, but they dont offer it in the weekends. So why are they a hotel for VIPs?
In the bathroom there was stains on the wall after last guest that brushed their teeth and stains right next to the shower.
After first night, cleaning came and took our towels, but did not put 2 new small once back.
When we arrived. There was a small bag of coffee that was open, next to the coffee machine. One lady came and check after first night, but she did not change it still.
Minibar was for free, but was not refilled after first night.
And reception service is really not the best.
And aircon stopped working during the night, so we woke up to 27 degrees in the room.
I would not go back
