La chambre n’était pas très propre. Nous étions en demi pension mais nous avons dû payer les boissons le soir lors du buffet.. nous n’avons pas compris.. Le personnel était très gentil

Nobody at Reception when I got there waited 15 minutes. Apart from that lovely room for price.

Great time bargain price couldn't fault it.

Having to wait for almost 4 hours to check in was not enjoyable. There were no tea making facilities in the rooms and although a kettle could be hired, the cost was €2 per day which is expensive for our 2 week stay. It was unclear if this charge included any teabags or coffee and we ended up buying our own mini kettle as none were available. I was pleased that the evening entertainment was moved inside as outside was a haven of biting creatures to which myself and my daughter are allergic and the noise carried up to the room too loudly from outside. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke English extremely well while the bar staff tried hard to understand my poor Spanish! All in all we had a good time and the property was well run and clean.

Very nice hotel we loved are time there .food was good could've been a bit more hotter lot's of different choices. Would definitely stay again

Chambre propre, proche du centre ville à pied. Piscine assez grande et petit déjeuner varié. L’hôtel possède un parking à 14€/jour. Parking assez petit et etroit

Good stay. Hotel clean and comfortable. Food was good and enough variation. The reception staff were really helpful and it was good to be able to use all inclusive until we left on the last day, even though we had checked out. It was really noisy at night and rooms not very sound proof. Fresh grilled food was undercooked.

Horrible, continuos cortes de agua. Llegar del viaje y no poder ducharte por no tener agua el hotel en pleno julio, es inaceptable, venir de la playa con los críos y a mitad ducha cortan el agua y tener que aclarar con botellas de agua que teníamos en el hotel, habitación moderna y limpia pero muy pequeña. Lo mejor la comida solo se te pasa el cabreo en las comidas muy buena calidad y cada día una temática diferente, diego el que repone las bandejas muy currante y amable.

We stayed for 2 nights so opted for this basic hotel. The included breakfast had good options but some hot options were cold. The pool area was not so clean by the end of the day there is no constant cleaning from staff. The rooms were clean and modern which was a plus however I did leave with a bite on my leg after waking up.

Chambre 109 au dessus de la salle de réception / animation. Musique très forte qui allait jusque la chambre jusqu’à 23h30 - minuit, impossible de dormir surtout avec un enfant de 3 ans. Petit déjeuner : beaucoup de choix mais qualité très passable

O hotel é bem localizado, no entanto, existem problemas estruturais como quantidade e modernização dos elevadores. Em determinado dia, de 3 elevadores, um estava quebrado, diante do hotel com alta capacidade. Praticamente em todos os dias desci de escada, pois aguardar os elevadores estava impossível. Outro ponto a ser avaliado é o ar condicionado dos ambientes, o ar do quarto não gela, o ar do restaurante também não, tornando esses ambientes muito quentes. Isso é inadmissível. Sobre o restaurante, no meu caso, o café da manhã e jantar, inclusos na tarifa, não tenho o que falar, estavam muito bons, claro que, no jantar, poderiam haver mais opções de carnes, mas não foi algo que me impactou tanto. Sobre o staff, pessoas muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Hotel was perfect, perfect location .. only thing the pool bar was still closed so had to go away inside everytime for drinks

Hotel muy confortable unos de Los pocos que mantiene la nevera EN la habitacion, comoda muy buena. Impossible aparcar gratuitamente no obstante este a un km del centro

El baño olía a pis y el suelo sucio

Personal excelente y educado. Buffet genial. Lo único malo es que el suelo del baño y ducha estaban llenas de pelos.

Para un tres estrellas está genial. Cerca de la playa se puede ir andando. Por poner algo malo está un poco lejos del paseo de Salou.
