The very pleasant room maid was the only thing good about this place. Everything else was either mediocre or lousy. Do not stay here.

À notre arrivée notre chambre sur la vue mer ne l’était pas tout fait ( vue obstruée) le personnel nous a rapidement changé de chambre. Personnel agréable, hôtel propre. La nourriture est variée et plutôt bonne.

We had a very disappointing experience in Room 124. There were ants everywhere, and the poorly maintained bathroom led to flooding. The air conditioner appeared to be working but wasn’t cooling at all. Windows and sliding doors were dirty, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The reception staff felt robotic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. The only positive was the great location—but even that doesn't justify the cost. This hotel is seriously overpriced and not worth it. I highly recommend others to push for lower prices or look elsewhere.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keine vier Sterne wert Bereits bei der Ankunft war der erste Eindruck leider sehr negativ. Im Zimmer lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden, auf dem Bett was auf eine mangelhafte Reinigung hinweist. Der unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer und das schmutzige Badezimmer haben das Ganze noch verschlimmert. Leider wurde die Sauberkeit auch in den darauffolgenden Tagen nicht besser. Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Lärm: Laute Nachbarn, die regelmäßig am Balkon geraucht und dabei lautstark kommuniziert haben, machten an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken weder früh am Morgen noch spät in der Nacht (teilweise bis halb zwei!). An Ruhe war einfach nicht zu denken. Auch die Küche war enttäuschend: Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, insbesondere die Gläser machten keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Das Essen war zwar halbwegs in Ordnung, konnte den Gesamteindruck aber nicht retten. Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Hotel auf vier Sterne kommt – verdient sind sie aus meiner Sicht definitiv nicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Great location right at the beach. The pool is also awesome and beautiful overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Very family friendly too.

This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer et la côte pour les chambres "vue mer". Belle plage à proximité. Le sentier du bord de mer part de part et d'autre de l'hôtel; il va d'une crique à l'autre; d'un côté vers le phare de Salou et La Pineda et de l'autre vers la grande plage de Salou mais il faut être sportif ou patient pour gravir plusieurs fois des dizaines et des dizaines de marches. Il est dommage pour l'écologie que les lumières des balcons des chambres s'allument automatiquement plus de 30 min avant le début du crépuscule et que la salle de restaurant soit trop climatisée.

Nickel tres bien passer. Je recommande la chambre avec vue sur mer 🌊 😍

Das Personal war sehr nett

Séjour agréable avec le soleil ! Personnels au petit soin,souriant et respectueux. La plage facile d'accès mais assez loin et petite comme la piscine. Restaurant bien pour une semaine avec un personnel efficace et des cuisiniers toujours avec un grand sourire. Un petit bémol cependant, beaucoup de tenues non correctes au petit et déjeuner et beaucoup de vols alimentaire au petit déjeuner (voir les porteurs de sac à dos,triste de voir cela)

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

Perfect location. Perfect view. Very nice staff. Comfy beds. AC wasn't upto mark - we had to complain thrice before they fixed it. Internet could have been faster. Food options were good but would have loved more veg and vegan options.
