部屋も満足冷蔵庫の飲み物はサービス提供でした。 夕食・朝食いずれもすごく美味しかった。 エアコンの水が床に垂れる。 時期外れでプールの使用が出来なかった。

Surclassement très bon buffet et le personnel très agréable à l écoute

First time in Benalmadena and the hotel is a perfect location to be able to visit all the different areas. Good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel, although very good, could do with a little bit of modernisation and a general lick of paint in the rooms. Beds and towels changed daily. Don’t think they replaced our glass each day though. Lots of extra bedding supplied, which we didn’t need. Air conditioning unit excellent. The walls between the bedrooms though are as thin as paper. We were disturbed most of the week by very noisy neighbours. The staff are all really polite and helpful. We were allowed to swap our even meals for lunch whenever we needed and an early breakfast on the day we checked out. The food in the restaurant was a good selection. Some of the food was colder than we would have liked though although they do have microwaves there you can use. The salad and bread selections were brilliant but the warm food did get a bit samesie after a few days hence why we changed some days to lunchtime so that we could go out of the hotel in the evening. Pool was lovely, not busy at all, loads of sun beds available. We didn’t attend any of the evening entertainment but seemed to have a good variety advertised. In general , for the price we paid we had a wonderful time, well worth the money and certainly got our monies worth from the half board offer.

Stayed here many times before as we love it here! This time not so much! The room they gave us wasn’t what we booked! Ended up with a family room with no view what so ever! People houses and from a low floor. Didn’t complain as we stayed for 1 night but won’t stay in a room without a sea view again. On the plus side the room was ready for us when we arrived at 10.30am The food was very good, something for everyone Outside pool bar brilliant as always

Rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful

The location is great but the hotel is tired and in need of some TLC. In one weeks stay my front handle came off and I had a bathroom leak. Poor grouting in bathroom, dirty carpets in communal areas, ripped sofas in “premium areas” - not what I’d expect from a four star. Premium rooms are big and bright with a good size balcony. Bathroom nice too with lots of room to hang clothes / store luggage. Free water and soft drinks each day a really nice touch. The pool is need of a good jet washing & there are not enough sun loungers by a long shot, also the pool isn’t big enough for the number of rooms / guests. Lots of people reserving beds and heading off the day. Breakfast is good with lots of choice, we had dinner buffet one night and was not hugely impressed. Lots of nice restaurants nearby to choose from. On arrival check in took forever & it was odd that rooms needed to be paid for separately / separate transactions despite being on same booking. I would visit Benalmádena again, but for the cost I expect better.

Hyggeligt hotel, alle dage var det muligt at få liggestol ved poolen. Særdeles venligt personale. Mad i restauranten ok til prisen, dog var der mange gæster der udviste primitiv opførsel ved at hamstre mad, så der ofte manglede mad i buffeten. Dårlig akustik i restauranten, ekstremt højt støjniveau gør det til en stressende oplevelse at spise. Alt andet ved hotellet er perfekt til prisen. Personalet knokler for gæsterne.

Hotel in excellent position for beach days and resort restaurants and nightlife you could chose evenings around the harbour area or bars of the beach also only a 15 min walk to torremolinos which offers a lot more entertainment..Hotel itself is well maintained and clean we stayed Breakfast only and it had a varied selection of good quality options .Pool area very clean although pool was was like getting into warm bath in 30c heat what do you expect ....pool bar area very good and competitive with local bars price wise .

The rooms were large and airy, large comfy beds. The food was varied and excellent. The pool area very nice. Staff were very friendly

This is not a four star hotel. Tired condition in rooms and all public spaces. Bed linen threadbare and rooms could be cleaner

Never 4 star and the manager should be sacked. Told me the best thing for me to do was go somewhere else. Awful customer care.

Het vriendelijke personeel doet het goed. Altijd bereid om je te helpen met allerlei diensten. Heerlijk ontbijt en goed avond eten. Wij komen zeker terug!!

The only issue is with people leaving towels on sun beds and not using them, apart from that it’s good

Very good place

The bed was massive! 2 double beds put together so it was lovely and roomy. The hotel was 5 minute walk from the marina and even less to the beach. Would book again. Only comment is the rooms are not sound proofed so you hear everyone arriving back late at night. Apart from that, it was great. Brilliant location, good facilities and helpful staff.

Väldigt bra hotell m fin trädgård o bra poolområde med gott om sängar. Enda nackdelen var att de inte kunde erbjuda någon frukost för tidiga avfärder. Vi frågade i receptionen om vi kunde ta med en macka fr frukosten dagen innan, ok var svaret men i restaurangen blev det nej, inget får lämna restaurangen, de är tydligen fristående mot hotellet. Annars allt bra!

Den Eingang des Hotels zu finden war schon eine Herausforderung. Wir sind 2x um den Block gefahren um einen Eingang zu finden. Eine Schranke vor dem Parkplatz verhindert, dass man mit dem Auto einfahren kann. In der Umgebung gibt es aber auch keine freien Parkplätze, so dass man sein Auto erst irgendwo parken muss und dann über den Parkplatz zu Fuß über den Parkplatz an die Rezeption gehen muss. Wir hatten ein Premiumzimmer für 40 Euro/Tag Aufpreis gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr eng. Für 3 Personen 2 Kingsize Betten (a 1,50 m) aneinander geschoben. Das Zimmer sollte für 4 Personen ausreichen! Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt oder zentral ausgeschaltet. Deshalb hatten wir die Fenster offen und die Stechmücken konnten ins Zimmer, in einer Nacht haben wir 10 Stück gehabt. Zur Abreise hatte ich glutenfreies Frühstück zum Frühaufsteher-Frühstück bestellt auch das hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab dann leider nur Obst. Sonst war das Essen gut und ausreichend. Zum Abendessen gab es eine Karte. Man konnte sich verschiedene Weine in der Flasche bestellen, die Reste wurden gekühlt und man hat den Wein am nächsten Tag nochmal bekommen. Einzelne Gläser Wein gab es nicht. Jeden Abend musste man die Rechnung bezahlen, aufs Zimmer schreiben ging nicht. Wir waren tagsüber immer unterwegs und haben den Pool und die Animation nicht genutzt. Ich würde das Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.

Loved the hotle and location only negatove. We were late checkin and no food was available. We had a baby with us too. Seems bad being we paid for a full day and got nothing
