Helt forferdelig buffet og veldig dårlig frokost. Spisesalen holdt ikke standarden til resten av hotellet. Mye støy, null atmosfære.

It wasn’t like 4 star hotels. The gym was so small and all machine were all and not functional. The cleaning service wasn’t so good. The pool wasn’t clean. I think this hotel needs a renovation gor being 4 start.

Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean.

A lovely getaway — mostly — with a few avoidable niggles Overall, this was a really enjoyable and great value stay, and the staff deserve a special mention — particularly Oscar at the bar, who was consistently friendly, attentive and hardworking throughout our visit. The resort is generally a quiet, relaxed and welcoming place, which is exactly what we were looking for. Most of our stay lived up to that perfectly. That said, a couple of things stood out as slightly odd. During one session by the indoor pool, heavy rock music was being blasted at full volume while a single person took a water aerobics class right next to the sun loungers — a rather bizarre combination that didn't quite fit the atmosphere. More significantly, on our final day a large group of men — possibly on a stag do — decided that everyone around them needed to share in their music, played loudly through a portable speaker. As the day went on and the drinks flowed, the volume crept steadily higher. It did put a dampener on what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay. This is really a management issue — a quiet, polite word from a member of staff asking the group to keep the noise down would have made all the difference. It's a shame, because the resort is genuinely a great spot and the majority of our time there was really positive. Would still recommend, but management would do well to be a little more proactive in preserving the peaceful environment that makes this place special.

Oltiin ns. off-seasonilla, joten allas oli vielä talvihuollossa. Huone askeettinen kovilla sängyillä, kylpyhuone hyvä ja siisti. Pari kertaa tuli käytyä buffet-päivällisellä, se on oli ala-arvoinen, tuore ruoka oli ollut tuoretta pari päivää aiemmin ja lämmin ruoka viileää. Aamiainen ihan normaali ja ok.

Très belle structure avec de beau espaces et une excellente accueil. L'emplacement est plutot bien avec de bonne vu sur les montagnes. Les bémols pour moi est qu'il est vieillissent est a besoin d'un coup de neuf. La salle de sport laisse à désiré et le buffet du dîner n'est pas exceptionnel pour le prix. Dommage

Fint hotell, og fine rom med flott utsikt over bassengområde og golfbanen. Hyggelig betjening og perfekt beliggenhet for golf.

Très bon accueil par le réceptionniste de nuit, très sympathique, serviable et professionnel, malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée (1h du matin). Chambre spacieuse (suite junior), mais qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Chasse-d'eau d'un des WC cassée, heureusement qu'il y avait 2 toilettes, une dans chacune des 2 salles de bains de la chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus et accès au SPA, mais vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel (1h du mat), nous nous sommes réveillés un peu tard et sommes arrivés au moment de la fermeture du petit-déjeuner. Malgré cela, le personnel présent à quand même accepté de nous servir un café accompagné de viennoiseries. Par contre, quand nous avons demandé à la réceptionniste de libérer la chambre vers 13h, suite à notre arrivée dans la nuit, afin d'avoir le temps de profiter du SPA, ça a été une fin de non recevoir très sèche. Après avoir malgré tout insisté, nous n'avons réussi à "gagner" qu'une petite demi-heure. Malheureusement, même réaction peu accommodante (et peu commerciale) de la part de la personne du SPA, qui n'a pas accepté de nous laisser profiter du SPA malgré nos explications, et nous a dit de revenir dans 1/2h voir s'il y avait de la place. Vu le refus précédemment de sa collègue de la réception de décaler notre départ d'1h, ce n'était donc pas possible, et nous sommes donc partis sans profiter du SPA payé. Matelas un peu moérerais au finaléders coSPA.table que prévu.

Hotel pas très loin du centre Alicante et 22 min de l'aéroport. Chambre excelente avec service parfait.

I stayed at Hotel Bonalba at the beginning of December as a short getaway with my husband. While the hotel is located in a beautiful area, it is very inconvenient if you want to visit the city centre, with Uber trips costing around €30 each way. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The lifts felt unsafe, as the doors close immediately when the first person steps inside, and there are no cameras in the lifts or outside the rooms, which made us feel uneasy. The hotel also seemed very understaffed, and many staff members did not speak English, making communication difficult. As a vegetarian, I found the food options extremely limited. On our last night, dinner was particularly poor due to a large group of around 90 people attending a sports event. Guests who were not part of this group were placed in a small corner while staff focused almost entirely on serving the group. This felt very unfair, especially as we had paid for an all-inclusive package and expected equal service. It’s also worth noting that the all-inclusive package does not include the minibar or snacks such as crisps, which was disappointing. Overall, this stay was a big let-down and a waste of money. I would not return to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

Det var bara bra. Men kaffemuggar var inte ren i rummet. Vattentryck i duschrummet var låg. Man kunde inte tvätta sig ordentligt.
