カテドラルに近く観光に便利な場所。窓から広場も見下ろすことができ、雰囲気はよい。周辺は車では進入できない区域、かつ一方通行の多いところなので、駐車場にたどり着くまで時間がかかった。事前にそのような情報を教えてもらえたらよかった。ベッドは狭く感じたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせた。

Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful view

I loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect, right near the palace. Although, you had to walk about 5 mins in order to call a taxi, which is normal in this walkable city. Everyone working at the hotel was very attentive and kind! Breakfast was decent, around the corner of the hotel. AC also worked well, which is rare in Europe and great in the 100 degree weather we were in. A couple of little things, is that the patio was not that well kept and a little dusty and hotel lobby fragrance was too strong. Also, shower pressure was very weak in our room, even when they checked and said it was ok (maybe specific room bc I see other reviews saying the same thing?) If you want a perfect location and nice view from the terrace, stay here!

Great location near Alcatraz and cathedral. Spotless room with a balcony to the pretty square. Staff were extremely friendly and friendly. Good value for the location. Decent buffet breakfast in their sister hotel a few metres away.

O quarto térreo é péssimo. A janela não pode ser aberta, por estar na rua. O ar condicionado não funcionou. Uma luz de emergência verde ficou acessa a noite toda e é bem forte. À noite não tem recepção e não foi informado. Cheguei e levei um susto, mas testei e a chave do quarto abriu a porta da rua. Não tem onde apoiar sabonete, shampoo, nada dentro do box. Quando tomei banho, a água não descia e molhou todo o quarto, vazando para a portaria. Um show de horrores. O café da manhã é em outro hotel próximo. A única coisa boa foi a localização.

Rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful and professional. Rooms could use more hooks and or shelves. Great location

De locatie was perfect. De schoonmaak had beter gekund, ik had vieze lakens en miste een deken. Het personeel is echter zeer vriendelijk en heeft het gelijk opgelost.

The staff was very engaged and knowledgeable providing lively conversation and content. The location is quiet but within five minutes of the Palace and Cathedral. Our room was comfortable and included a large private deck overlooking the square and city view. The only lacking pieces was the light coffee service and perhaps the room could be refreshed a bit. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Morgenmad fik man på hotel Halo rundt om hjørnet. Afstanden ikke noget problem men den var ikke så spændende - pandekager & røræg var lidt tørre ... og nej jeg står ikke sent op 😉

The location and the hotel was very nice. We were very disappointed concerning our arrival because only internships were present to welcome us. They was very hesitant and same for our check-out only an internship was present and completely lost. The Internship Nathan was very helpful and very kind. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. It was not be checked before our arrival so, a lot of dust and hair on the ground and on the TV remote was half working and dust on the surface. When we enter in the room, it smelled very bad like humidity from the bedroom. the diffuser of perfume was completely empty. The painting on the wall can be refresh as well. Concerning the breakfast, it was not so bad but the croissants was dry, the peach juice was sparkling, it cannot be and the orange juice was very fade. It was my first and last time in this hotel.

Lovely hotel,staff were lovely and a glass of bubbles was a very nice welcome. Great location in a little square with orange trees all around and a fountain in the middle.

Check in receptionist was very engaging and friendly, felt very welcome. The breakfast was a little disappointing if I'm being honest; however the big win was the central location within the historic quarter of the city. Great value and we would definitely recommend for a friend keen to visit Seville.

The Elvira is a boutique hotel in a GREAT location and the staff is very friendly. One of the reasons it’s not a five star is due to the check in process. When we arrived, the young man at the desk said it was his first day and he needed to call his manager from the sister hotel. The mgr came and spoke to him and left. We were not offered a complementary drink on arrival although it was displayed on the counter. The young man had to keep calling the manager to come back and our check in took well over an hour with us filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. This young man was very kind and we were patient but we felt the manager should have checked us in with his new employee and not just leave him on his own with his first client.

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants as well as calling our taxi to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Already planning our next trip back!

I like the zone, the balcony in the room. But there was not AC in the room.

È la terza volta che vengo a Siviglia ed è la terza volta che alloggio in questo albergo! Posizione da 5 e più stelle perchè a 200 mt dalle maggiori attrazioni e in posizione tranquillissima perché la piazzetta è pedonale. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, camere piccole ma ben attrezzate, bagno grande con ottima doccia. Consiglio vivamente!

Very conveniently located for sightseeing around Seville and for restaurants and bars. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.

We enjoyed this room. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral as well as restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff was very helpful! It is located in a courtyard so you cannot be dropped off at your door (you have to walk a little bit to an accessible street…not a problem for us but maybe for some). The air conditioning unit in our room emitted a very musty smell that we could not tolerate and do had to leave it off. Not a big deal since we visited in November but it would be a big deal in a different month!

Brilliant location in the Santa Cruz quarter and lots of bars and restaurants nearby - as well as the major tourist attractions. Rating is slightly lower as there was no hot water for the first night of our stay - which wasn't their fault - but also a slight smell in the room we had. We think it may have come from the bathroom, but unsure. The room itself was lovely and modern and comfy and the staff at reception were excellent. We spoke with a few different people who were so helpful and friendly.
