The staff was fantastic, and thankfully, for me, spoke English very well and grave me great recommendations. I was traveling by myself, so I chose the room with only one small bed. It was bigger than a twin bed, and the room was designed efficiently. It was very clean and safe. The location could not have been better for a single traveler. The metro stop was only about three blocks away. Metro ride to and from the airport is about 40 minutes, but very easy. La Sagrada Família was about a 30 minute walk, but there are stores and cafes along the way. Plaza for Barcelona Cathedral about 5 minute walk. Great for people watching. 5 minute walk for Borne neighborhood. Great location. If I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona, I will not look for a different place to stay.

Good place to stay if you want a hotel in centrum. The staff are very kind and all ways smiling and good to help if questions

Super friendly staff and it was a great room, overall a great stay!

We arrived at the property and elevator was Not working. We we on the third and fourth floor. We are group of 6 people in late 60th. The hotel promised to give us compensation, all we got was a voucher for a free drink across the street , What a joke! Area near hotel is filthy with trash around on every corner, and the worst part is there are thieves and pickpockets around everywhere. Be very careful, when booking this place. Front desk people are nice and friendly.

Sunroom was nice and clean. Bathroom stocked. Bed clean and comfortable. When I arrived the elevator was broken. They email me two days prior. It was fixed quickly. That whole staff was thoughtful and attentive to my needs. Great suggestions and took time to show me areas that could be sketchy. Had a great time. I'll stay again

Amazing staff! Really helpful and kind. The room is a great thing to come back to after a hot day. The room is clean and the bathroom is very clean. Thank you to the staff!

Muy buen servicio y atención. Mi hijo se hospedó ahí por 3 días. Lo único es que los taxis no pueden llegar al frente del hotel. La ubicación es buena para ir caminando a muchos sitios.

Lovely place to visit and the room I stayed in was cozy for solo traveler. The reception staff was very helpful and especially Jasmine! Amazing service!

Great stay. The staff was incredible, the location is very convenient for going out, food and some shopping

I can highly recommended this hotel. The only downside is the location especially in the evenings. I didn’t always feel completely safe as a woman traveling alone. On the other hand, the hotel is right in the heart of the city center, so it’s very close to the metro, shops etc. The staff is so friendly and made me immediately feel better when I checked in. Even early check-in was possible which I didn’t expect. The room was really clean and had everything you could need. Also breakfast was really good!

This was a great location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast with fresh fruit choices. The staff was amazing and accommodating hands down I would recommend this hotel and stay again

Hotellet er under renovering - meget støj i dagtimerne og elevator optaget af håndværkere. Dette fremgår ikke af hotels.com beskrivelse af hotellet. I elevator hænger blot info om igangværende renovering. Receptionen oplyste intet om renovering ved ankomst. Hvis vi var blevet oplyst om renovering, havde vi aldrig booket dette hotel. Vores værelse er af ussel standard (skader på inventar, toiletspand itu, håndvask sidder løst/er rokkelig, rust i badekar). Pris pr nat er steget 30% på 2 år (vi boede her i maj 2023). Meget uberettiget prisstigning for den kvalitet værelse og under en larmende renovering.
