Went for a Soul Train event st the Jacaranda Beach Club late Sept. This hotel was a great base- clean, reasonable food tho it could have been hotter & the bed a little less hard. But great value for money & location. Would stay again.

Un lugar muy adecuado para estar en Es Canar

Abbiamo trovato personale sorridente e molto disponibile. Avevamo un problema nel bagno, senza dir nulla, le signore l'hanno sistemato. Hotel pulitissimo. CIBO: PESSIMO. Cibi di scarsa qualità, pane surgelato. Una sera ho chiesto allo chef, se era possibile avere un'insalata senza peperone (sono allergica) risposta: NO ed ha girato le spalle. Tornerei solo per il pernottamento.

Staff gentilissimo nulla da dire sulla pulizia della stanza, colazione abbondante e varia l unico neo l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, trasporti vicinissimi e puntuali

Piacevole scoperta. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Solo due nei. Letti un pochino scomodi e colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità. Per il resto nulla da dire. se ritorno a ibiza ritorno al caribe

Great hotel. We arrived just as dinner was ending. The staff said not to worry about checking in but to go straight & eat, they were v friendly & welcoming. As we were late I thought we might have not such a good room but in fact we'd been upgraded & had a superior room with fridge, TV, walk in shower & both a pool & sea view that we requested. Would def recommend.

Would have preferred a room on the poolside. Longer sun on on the balcony and a nicer view. That being said room was fine and breakfast was great. Friendly staff too.

I have to begin by saying the reception staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a problem when we arrived (nothing to do with the hotel!) and it was resolved immediately for us.This hotel was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. The room was a little tired but clean.

Hemos pasado 6 noches en familia, pareja con hijo adolescente, el hotel está muy bien situado en la zona tranquila de Ibiza. Tienen zona de aparcamiento exterior cerrado y gratuito al que se accede con la tarjeta de la habitación. El bufé está mejor que algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas e incluía las bebidas en el precio. La habitación tenía terraza con vistas laterales al mar, pero no tenia nevera y el uso de la caja fuerte era de pago. No tienen toallas para la piscina. El aire no tenía mando para seleccionar la temperatura, solo un botón de ON/OFF. El secador del baño era como los de viaje muy pequeño y sin apenas potencia. Los horarios de uso de la piscina y gimnasio hasta las 19:30 y de cena (19:30 a 21:30) demasiado justo para el cliente español, más adaptado al cliente extranjero que era mayoritario. La animación nocturna no era muy buena, pero la zona está llena de restaurantes, bares, heladerías, etc. El personal muy amable y servicial. Y la limpieza impecable con cambio diario de toallas.

Service was great, but the place was dirty. Bed sheets was not changed at all sadly. I will not mention what we found on the sheets as it's disgusting.

Hotel ristrutturato, bello e grande. Molto comodo, perché si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, dalla stazione/bus, dal centro medico, dalla farmacia, dal supermarket...Si mangia bene,il cibo varia ogni giorno. L'hotel ha due piscine. La clientela è soprattutto inglese e tedesca. Lo consiglio vivamente!Ottima permanenza!

Estuvimos una semana en agosto,mi marido mi hija de diez años y yo,la verdad que nos han tratado muy bien,sobretodo las dos chicas de recepción,un encanto,chicas del norte La limpieza un 10. Tranquilo ideal para familias. Por poner un pero solamente que la piscina cierra a las 19:30 para labores de mantenimiento. Nos gustó mucho.

Awful hotel

Geweldige vakantie gehad. Personeel is aardig en erg behulpzaam. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug

Avons apprécié la grande piscine, les nombreux transats. Proximité fr la plage et du centre ville. Hotel propre. Remise des clefs de la chambre rapide

Wonderful three night break at caribe the hotel is ideally situated and very clean. Great pool with lots of sun loungers with no problems getting one. The food is ok very basic and not much choice. Beds are hard with one pilow which was uncomfortable but never mind plenty of wine and I slept lol. Would recommend it's a great place for families

Zo'n groot all inclusive hotel is niet het type hotel wat wij meestal boeken. Maar we waren hier met een groeter gezelschap. Ik vond alles netjes schoon, en goed verzorgd. Het personeel was vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het voedsel was erg gericht op de vele engelsen in het hotel. Er was veel keus, maar niet mijn smaak. Kwaliteit van het eten kon beter. Het bed was helaas veel te hard, en enige geluidsdemping ontbrak in het trappenhuis en gang, zodat ik tot 3 uur snachts alle lawaaiige gasten kon horen. Niet bevordelijk voor de nachtrust.

Checking in was straight forward. The room was clean & the main door was heavy & secure. The shower was hot. Thats my three main points I look for. The bed was firm, & room was cleaned everyday with new towels. We had breakfast included, which was great. There is free wifi in the lobby area. The pool area is clean & plenty of beds or seats. There is a great kids pool area. We didn't have any with us, but we did borrowed ours nieces kids from another hotel. If there was any fault, could be to have firmer pillows. Just too soft!

A very pleasant few days at the Hotel Caribe, Es Cana. We had B&B and the breakfast was as you would expect. Geared towards British tastes but perfectly adequate, if a bit repetitive. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar prices were very reasonable. Good location for the beach, ferries and bus station.
