レセプションの若い女性スタッフが最低。 お客を不愉快な気持ちにさせる態度が強烈でした。

ユリの花(生花でしたよ！)に包まれたcasaで快適な時間を過ごせました。 真っ白な壁に高い天井なのにまるで洞窟にいるような温かい空間、洗面台に拡大鏡まであったりして女の子ならみんな大好きになるはず‼︎もっと泊まりたかったな❤️1階だったのでチェックインする他の客の声が時々聞こえたのが少し減点ですが許せる範囲です。

カテドラルまで徒歩1分の好立地。全ての観光スポットやレストランへも徒歩で移動できるため、空港〜ホテル間の移動以外では交通機関は使う必要が無かった。 部屋の広さは特段狭く無かった。但し、室内が暗かったことと、ロビーや道路の物音がやや気になった。 宿泊した部屋にはバスタブは無かった。あれば更に良かった。 やや寒かったが、朝食は屋上のテラスからカテドラルを眺めながらいただいた（ロビーでも食べられる）。複数種のパンがイベリコ豚のパテや蜂蜜などとともサーブされ、美味しかった。

Close to the cathedral and palace, ( 5 mins walk). Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the young lady in the afternoon, (? Arella). The breakfast was good value and nice to eat on the terrace.

The staff is amazingly helpful as always 😊 This hotel is in the perfect location and has old wold charm.

Excellent séjour au cœur de Séville ! ​Incontestablement le point fort de cet hôtel : son emplacement ! Il est particulièrement bien situé, à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et 5 minutes de l'Alcazar. Idéal pour visiter la ville sans perdre de temps. ​Les points positifs : ​Le confort : Nous avions loué deux chambres. Elles sont spacieuses et dotées d'une bonne literie. ​Le petit-déjeuner : Un super moment pris sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la cathédrale. Un vrai régal pour commencer la journée. ​L'équipe : Le personnel d'accueil est très agréable, disponible et extrêmement réactif. ​Axes d'amélioration : ​Sur les deux chambres réservées, l'une des salles de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée. ​Le service en chambre pourrait être un peu plus généreux : une bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour serait très appréciée, tout comme le réapprovisionnement des sachets de café (2 sachets pour 3 nuits, c'est un peu insuffisant). ​En résumé, un très bel établissement que nous recommandons pour son emplacement et son accueil, malgré de petits détails à perfectionner.

Beautiful old building with a great location

Great location, friendly comfortable and perfect for a short visit

I stayed in room 301 which is on the top floor and has its own private terrace. I would not recommend that anyone stays on the top floor. There is a clock tower bell that rings from the town hall every hour, 24 hours a day and it rings on the hour, 2 minutes past the hour, half past the hour and quarter to the hour. This makes it impossible to sleep more than about 3 hours maximum per night. Fortunately I was only staying 4 nights but by the end of my stay I was exhausted from lack of sleep. Additionally, the lights on the landing outside the room have a faulty PIR which means they switch on and off all night every 30 seconds or so and make a clicking sound each time they do. The light comes into the room and reflects off the white wall opposite the door which lights up the entire room during the night. Again, not conducive to a good night's sleep. I meant to mention this to the reception staff but didn't get round to it due to time spent having told them about the noise, and several other issues. The other issues included a safety sign on the wall outside the room which covered a huge hole in the wall. When I closed the room door the sign fell off the wall because the picture hook had been fixed in place with tissue paper. When I took the sign to reception and told them, when I subsequently returned to the room later that day, the sign had been put back up by jamming the tissue paper back in place. It then fell off again. It's like Fawlty Towers.

This hotel was an absolutely perfect place to stay in the center of Seville! The historic building has a lot of character, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very nice. The view from the roof is wonderful as well.

I have to say the staff here was EXCEPTIONAL. Extremely friendly and helpful. They will serve you breakfast on the rooftop deck which was also a nice perk. The hotel itself is incredibly charming. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars is because our hotel room was an interior room with no windows to the outside. There were windows to the hallway which had some natural light but it was quite dark overall and this was not mentioned before hand. We stayed at the hotel during Semana Santa which proved challenging as processions will block streets and we found ourselves unable to get to or leave the hotel at various times due to this. The staff helped us strategize which we were very grateful for. The location was quite central and desirable. I would definitely stay here again in a room with an outside window and on a different week as the processions greatly affected our plans.

Contacted expedia that we were charged in October and then charged for the rooms again on checkout by the property. Expedia we spoke to four people who didn’t understand so we reached out directly via email as well as through Expedia chat to the property with no response or acknowledgment. No hooks in bathrooms for towels and shower head flew all over wetting entire bathroom.
