Très beau lieu et très bel hôtel. Confort en deçà d’un 4*

Beautiful castle ambiance . We also are out one night at a fantastic simple local restaurant with great live music and extremely friendly locals which we would recommend.

Prachtige lokatie en er is aan elk detail gedacht, zo mooi afgewerkt hotel.

De airco was slecht op de kamer. Het eten was duur en de kaart was niet erg uitgebreid. Verder was het wel echt mooi en vriendelijk personeel

Great

Hotel views are great. The level of service, however, is borderline comical. I could write a long list of points to be improved, from asking staff not to enter the room when the 'do not disturb' sign is on the door, to not asking "yes?" in a clearly annoyed way when all you want to do is order wine. Housekeeping staff should also pay more attention (fridge not working, cupboard door not closing etc). I guess it all comes down to badly trained, or untrained, staff. This hotel wants the high prices but falls way short on details.

We arrived late in the evening so we couldn't see all the amenities but in the morning I realized that we stayed in real castle converted into hotel. Elegant decor, attention to the details, and the character. Absolutly incredible. I wished we could stay there for couple more days.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location but a little understaffed during our stay, especially on the Friday night. Check in and reception were excellent. Some of the outside areas including balconies needed a good clean but by and large we enjoyed a lovely stay!

First of all, the view from the hotel was spectacular and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, I did not feel like a 4 star hotel when is came to servicing our room. We had to ask several times for body wash and shampoo replacement as the one in the room was empty when we arrived and the phone never worked which made us walk all the way to the front desk which was inconvenient. The shower button wasn’t working correctly but they finally sent someone to fix it. Did not receive our bottle of champagne on the second day as promised by the front desk. At that we gave up and was just counting the hours until our departure. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. Again, the hotel and location is beautiful but It’s too bad our experience wasn’t.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel . Dommage qu’il n’y a que peu de transat pour les piscines qui se remplissent très vite . L’endroit est magnifique et le staff très sympathique
