The staff were going, professional and helped out with the issues I had. The soundproofing between rooms is appalling and really does need to be addressed. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to volume I could hear from other rooms around me. The change was handled well but shouldn’t have been required in the first place.

everything was good, some items of breakfast are available just first day ,but I liked them. especially cheese, they were very nice and delicious. room was clean just need sliders. about balcony; although we just have a small seaview, I liked it. it was absolutly what explained on the advertisement. thanks

De locatie was prima. Vlakbij strand en tramhalte, bushalte voor de deur. Kamers waren prima en schoon. Verder was het hotel niet gezellig aangekleed. Eetzaal en de bar waren allebei net een kantine. Het diner was teleurstellend ! Keuze slechts uit 2 gerechten. Omdat het naseizoen was waren er ook niet veel eters. We zijn in de stad gaan eten. Personeel zeer vriendelijk!

Hotel was clean staff were ok no beach front as advertised had to walk a lot no way to find a restaurant then that was terrible and expensive I did not rate this area at all

This hotel was very successful for us, on our first visit to Alicante. It is away from the city centre, in a predominantly residential area. It is a short walk to the lovely sandy beach, and most of all (as we wanted to explore) buses and trams are very close to the hotel. The buses and trams in the area are super efficient. All in all a very good experience.

Molto buono, Vicino al mare, podizione strategica Consigliato. Attenzione ai balconcini! Sono rimasta fuori ma fortunatamente avevo il telefono con me e sono venuti subito ad aprirmi!

It’s lovely, nice on site cafe and restaurant. The bed was v comfy the air con works yeah.

Mukava hotelli, iso ranta kivenheiton päässä ja allasalue oli mukava. Aamupala oli mielestäni tarpeeksi kattava ja iso parveke plussaa. Vessa vaikutti hetki sitten remontoidulta

Jag kom hit med mina föräldrar, som har hälsoproblem (hjärt & cancer sjuka). Hotellets service var fantastisk! Alla vid receptionen var otroligt.vänliga och snälla. Vi hade 2 rum, ett stort och ett mindre rum. Båda rum var väldigt rena och bekvämma. Rummen behöver fräschas upp men jag har inget att klaga annars. Sängarna var bekvämma, vilket är inte typiskt i spanien (de var inte hårda som de flesta sängar i Spanien). Frukosten var ok men saknade kokta ägg i stället för friterade (de friterade monterades på varandra och äggulan sprack ofta). Området är det absolut bästa! Nära stranden och alla möjliga restauranger. Det finns en affär som säljer allt du behöver mittemot hotellet. Man tar sig till Alicante enkelt med buss som går utanför, på 20 min. Vi provade inte poolen, men den såg ren ut. Vattnet var inte uppvärmt som de flesta pool i Spanien.

Everything was excellent starting from the cleaning team

Hotel Castilla is a basic hotel which is receiving upgrading. Although it did not interrupt our stay. The beds were basic single beds that were a bit flimsy as they moved as soon as you sat or lay on them. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was again just basic continental and scrambled or fried eggs. There was lots of choice so always something to eat. Dinner was a set menu to choose from two starters and two mains. Food was ok nothing spectacular. Trans were located right outside and were easy to navigate around. Overall an ok hotel.

It is a lovely hotel in a great location for beach bars restaurants etc, bus stop directly in front of the hotel & tram stop is only 5 min walk ideal if you want to travel to Alicante, the bus only takes 25 mins to the heart of town. St Juan has a fantastic sandy beach & that is the main attraction it’s a fairly quiet area perfect if you just want a relaxing beach holiday

The hotel was very located you have everything near by restaurant,bar, stores the beach etc, the only misrepresentations is the photos you have in the description i thought it was in front of the beach but is NOT is a 2 blocks and you have to pay 2 euros per towel
