よくたい対応しｔして頂きました

L'entretien et le confort général de la chambre laissent à désirer. Les distributeurs à savon et shampoing et le miroir sont installés croches, les rideaux sont mal accrochés, certaines lampes ne fonctionnent pas, l'aspect général et la propreté sont sous les attentes. La réception de l'hôtel n'est ouverte que de 10h à 18h. Arrivée difficile en dehors de ces heures.

Great space/nice bathroom. Way too noisy with restaurants and bars just below and windows that don’t stop the noise. Music and loud crowd until 3 am and chatters until 5 am. If you are looking for a place to crash after partying great spot , but if you wouldn’t mind sleeping a bit I wouldn’t recommend it.

Sucio, con manchas grandes en las sábanas en una cama ‘hecha’, goteras y herrumbre en el baño, con cableado eléctrico que no te permite apagar la luz en el cuarto a menos que quites toda la electricidad, con alta probabilidad de cortocircuito. Cucarachas en la habitación, no te cambian de cuarto cuando en plena noche se lo suplicas alegando que les tienes pánico, ya que solo atienden urgencias. Obviamente el bienestar físico y emocional del huésped, no lo es. Pero lo más sucio de todo es la actitud, la manipulación y el mal hacer de su personal. Todo lo dicho está documentado, con fotos y capturas, en las instituciones pertinentes. A menos que quieras pasar una noche de terror, no lo recomiendo. La peor experiencia vivida en un hotel hasta la fecha.

La propiedad esta muy bien localizada

Desde la llegada nos sentimos a gusto, la amabilidad del personal de recepcion excelente, habitacion amplia y comoda y limpia! Todo bien Regresaremos

Room 102 had a sliding bathroom door which was very difficult to move. The door was dropping off its support and when reported to reception the "fix" made it worse. The air con only worked occasionally. Facilities were very basic. The hotel bar was shut most of the week which may have been a blessing because it opened at the weekend and was then very noisy most of the night.

Location wise, no better than central location close to everything. Very polite and accommodating reception staff.

Very nice location and friendly desk attendants. Restaurants, shops, Santa Catalina bus station, parks..all within close walking distance .

Hotel in lebhafter Umgebung und für kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Hafen mit Anbindung an viele Geschäfte und Lokalitäten. Wen die lebhafte Umgebung mit nächtlichen Aktivitäten nicht stört ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, gode senger, rent, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Hyggelig takterasse, litt slitne møbler der, men fantastisk utsikt.

Huone hieno. Korkea huonekorkeus. Kivat näkymät puistoon. Valitettavasti alapuolella sijaitsi Disco. Ääni kantautui huoneeseen aamu kahteen saakka. Etenkin vessa todella likainen ja huonokuntoinen. Haju oli jopa espanjalaisittain erittäin viemärinen

La verdad es que tenía la expectativa de llegar a un hotel nuevo y me encontré una habitación de una casa antigua fría y húmeda. También me sorprendió que el check-out fuera a las 11 en lugar de las 12 como es habitual en España. Supongo que es cuestión de gustos, yo prefiero instalaciones nuevas. La atención amable. Hubiera agradecido que ya que me tuve que buscar otro hotel, me hubieran ofrecido devolverme al menos parte de lo que pagué ya que no dormí en la habitación.

Great location, and a nice corner room. Access was very easy but, you need to take ear plugs as a lot of noise at night, especially at the weekend. Also even though I was out of the room for long periods during the day, my room was only serviced once in five days. So positives but also some negatives

Locatie is super: strand, winkels en busstation op loopafstand * Veel muziek in de nacht tot 2 uur, dus oordopjes noodzakelijk om te slapen * Leuk dakterras * Fijne douche * Goede airco * Mooi uitzicht * Last van een aantal kakkerlakken, maar dat is denk ik in de stad niet te vermijden * Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste
