2 Erw, 1 Kleinkind, nur Frühstück : Wir mussten aufgrund Krankheit abbrechen, haben daher nicht viel zu berichten. Nettes Hotel, laut am Abend bis nach 22 Uhr Frühstück gut, allerdings auch laut im Saal, wenn man draußen keinen Platz mehr bekommt. Alles in allem wäre es ein netter Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn nicht Mann und Kind krank gewesen wären.

The lighting in the room was not working, I reported to the staff but was not fixed.

Sehr professionelles, aufmerksames und nettes Team, Essen und Getränke super, Strand sehr schön Leider Zimmer sehr hellhörig und Liegen werden schon um 6 Uhr reserviert, obwohl ein Schild steht, dass man es nicht tun darf, viele Kleinkinder zu meiner Zeit, aber das ist eben so. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, würde jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank für den tollen Service in jedem Bereich:)

Notre chambre! avec vue imprenable sur les poubelles de l’hôtel!! avec en prime les odeurs et le bruit chaque nuit pour la levée!! Bon! sans être difficile c’est très loin d’un standard 4*. Le personnel à part quelques rare exceptions n’était pas du tout avenant, pas de bonjour ni sourire, bref!! J’arrête là car la liste serait trop longue. L’avantage avec ce genre d’hôtel c’est qu’on est pas triste en partant .

The room was nice, but they didnt have duvet or blanket. On the 2nd night i was a bit too cold for me. I kept waking up like for every hours. Besides that everything is good for the price

Hotel lag direkt am Strand. Grosse Auswahl an Essen, jeden Abend bot das Hotel ein Unterhaltungsprogramm an das fanden wir supper Quiz, Bingo und Show. Freundliches Personal würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen :)

Overall this is great hotel with a lot of amenities, just on the beautiful beach, and friendly staff. We had specious family suite with beautiful sea view. Our room was cleaned every day by amazing women, I didn’t remember her name but she was so lovely, she even make sure our daughters toys are placed on the bed every day to surprise her. We had bad and breakfast service. Breakfast in one of the restaurants was better then in the other, but overall plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel weil Preis/Leistung echt toll ist. Super Lage, mitten am Meer, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Programm und leckeres Essen. Nur leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, hörten den Nachbarn schnarchen und jede Handynachricht piepsen. Aber ansonsten top!

We arrived at the hotel very late and we were welcomed by the gentleman at reception, the staff is very nice and friendly besides a couple of them - our room was very small, with a smell of humidity that seemed like no one opened those windows for weeks. There’s also a poorly advertised (which is on purpose) “double bedroom” which is clearly 2 single beds put together. Not just that, but you could hear everything from other rooms or the corridors and I mean everything: coughing, laughing, arguments, sex, farts, everything. Who can sleep like this?! Specially the house keeping starts cleaning and moving everything at 7AM. Zero relaxation in your own bedroom. We called reception to ask for a clothes iron, they told us to go downstairs to pay the deposit and we were walking in the middle of the hotel with an ironing board back to the room. From my experience, this is not a 4 stars service. Regarding the “private beach” (they never mention it but they make you think that there is) doesn’t exist because all the beach beds belong to the city council and you need to pay for it. The swimming pool was nice, but the drinks were very expensive for the brands they were serving. Breakfast was ok but you needed to go at 7.30AM (when they open) to find some things that they don’t refill throughout the opening time, leaving the empty plates there. 2 out of 5.

Nice staff with good service and friendly environment, good pools and different places for sunbeds which made it possible to find a calmer spots and very nice location in relation to the beach. Also good location for public transport. Food was not great but overall okey, plus for the fruit selection. The buffé was actually better than meny ordered food. So the dinner concept when you could order main dishes from a menu have room for improvement. The smaller restaurang had a nicer atmosphere whilst the bigger one was very noisy and unpersonal. Would have been good with some room divider and sounds absorber element and some plants in the room to take away the cantine feeling. But to have a relaxing time with family I would recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Als Pärchen würden wir jedoch künftig nur noch Adults Only buchen, es hatte sehr viele Kinder und deshalb auch entsprechend laut. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist Top. Die täglichen Kinderanimationen waren auf die länge mühsam. Das Personal war superlieb, das Essen war gut und vielfältig jedoch teilweise kalt. Geschirr war teilweise dreckig.

Das Essen war super, jeden Tag ein anderes Motto. Die Zimmer waren sehr altmodisch, klein, dreckig und hellhörig.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich sieht man, dass das Hotel nicht neu ist, aber, das hat keine Rolle gespielt. Alles andere war super! Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer immer sauber, das Frühstück war super! Das Hotel liegt gleich am wunderschönen traumhaften Strand! Wir vermissen es jetzt schon und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Super Lage - ein öffentlicher Bus fuhr direkt dorthin. Gleich um die Ecke ist man an der Hauptstraße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vom Pool Bereich kann man direkt zum Strand über eine gesicherte Glastür kommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Kinder Aktivitäten sehr umfangreich .. Fußball , Tischtennis, Bingo für Familien, malen, Kinderdisco etc.

Overall, nice hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach space gets taken very fast and the food was mid. The hotel is VERY family friendly.

Food was ok.room was good ,the only downside was noise at night on the corridor floors

Nydelig hotell beliggende på stranden. Hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte. God buffet med masse utvalg. Flott basseng-område og en nydelig tak terrasse. Flott bassengområde. Anbefales sterkt.

Regrettably, our four-night stay fell short of expectations. Each night, a dog from a nearby house kept us awake with its relentless barking. To secure a lounge chair by the pool, you had to rise by 7 AM; otherwise, you'd miss out entirely. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Housekeeping was scheduled every other day, but on our designated cleaning day, no one showed up. When I informed the front desk, they insisted that housekeeping had already been there, despite the evidence to the contrary. It was only when Denise, the receptionist, recognized the error that she offered to send someone to clean our room. Given the price point, I certainly expected a higher level of quality from this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider staying there again.
