とても素敵な小さな街の小さなホテルです。中庭など本当に素敵でした。 ただシャワーにドアがなく、洗面所がびしょ濡れになる構造で、戸惑いました。 朝食の生ハムは絶品です。ぜひ朝食付で泊まって下さい。

La habitación, el desayuno

We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers

The room was clean, but several things mal function: The extra light at the right side of the bed, the light of satellite mirror, the electric towel heater. The TV was ridiculously small and not 'smart', meaning no internet connection and not even bluetooth for mirror image view. It was also on a timer switching of after 3h The spa, one of the main reasons to book that hotel, was not available.

El diseño del hotel, la ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, la piscina con vistas al castillo. Todo está muy cuidado y hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Desayuno muy bueno con café de cápsulas y zumo natural.para repetir

Hotelazo para pasar unos días en Aracena y poder visitar las maravillas de la villa y de sus alrededores. Personal excelente para un lugar con muchísimo encanto y recuperado con un gusto exquisito. Repetiremos seguro pues tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Habitaciones amplias, restaurante con una cocina espectacular y de la tierra, desayuno con todo lo que puedes esperar y después la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos a lo que puedas necesitar.

Hotel muy bonito, habitaciones lujosas Jonathan (recepcion) muy simpatico. Visita guiada muy interesante. Pues en resumen: Todo perfecto

Stay was good the reception service was excellent so was the service in general, the cleanliness of the room was not so good as the bed was not done properly and there was a lot of dust under the bed noticed when we dropped something and looked under to retrieve it, the gym is in need of drinking water and paper towels to dry up ones sweat which was lacking this, for the remainder the place was very good including the service

Good spa. Free parking. - Not much to see nearby except castle (steep climb but worth it for the views). The excellent caves and town centre are a good walk away and it’s steep, so best to drive. The receptionist and waiter were friendly and helpful the evening we arrived. - However next morning when we skipped the full breakfast and asked for coffee and toast at the bar/cafeteria (as arranged with Reception the previous day) we were served very coldly and without a smile, which left us feeling less welcome.

Dining and bar food very limited but it was the end of the season.

Empezamos con lo que yo reservé hotel con desayuno, y de repente el día de la reserva todo desapareció, indicar que incluso en un whatsapp de dias anteriores el propio hotel me confirmó la reserva de alojamiento y desayuno, pero ese día nada, ni unos ni otros se hacían responsables. Para colmo, la habitación tenía un pestazo horrible a tuberías, cuando se lo indico al mismo recepcionista, me da las gracias por el aviso, pero ni se disculpa por la noche horrorosa que he pasado por los olores. No repetiría en ese hotel, que por cierto, no tiene parking, se aparca en la calle si tienes suerte. Y los desplazamientos cuestas o coge el coche y buscate la vida. Y también me pensaré si repito en hoteles.com y expedia.

Just stay overnight at this hotel, wished we had stayed longer, beautiful old building, amazingly renovated, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are generous, hotel facilities are amazing, a hidden gem.

Nos hemos quedado en este hotel anteriormente. A veces tienes suerte y te dan una de las habitaciones grandes y otras veces una más pequeñas pero ambas están muy bien y las camas excelentes. El parking interior muy bueno y seguro.

Estilo coloni

En general está bien, Pero a un 4 estrellas hay que exigirle más. Por ejemplo, en nuestra habitación, interior, olía muy mal, a alcantarilla. La bañera sin cortinas ni puertas, desbordaba el agua encharcando todo el baño. Las plazas de garaje muy estrechas, casi ningún coche estaba en las líneas demarcadas, por lo que en la práctica ocupaban dos plazas. Yo intenté aparcar el mío en la zona delimitada y acabé rozándole contra una columna.

Our second stay in the Aracena, and this hotel. Lovely please- great hotel. Located in the centre with parking and a spa and a fantastic breakfast. All in all we had an amazing time.
