The room was very spacious and the location was central

The room was too small, we barely fit ourselves and our bags. It was clean, but too tiny and the size is not reflected on the pictures online

Friendly staff, but old building, floor on the room did not feel well, maybe cheap material used and it felt kind of sticky walking on it. Bathroom very nice and clean

First i would like to say, the location was great and Sofia was wonderful. Sofia was eager to try and help with the multiple problems of our stay. The 1st room we were given had such a loud sounding air-conditioning system which was not tolerable, and sporadic running hot water. We were transferred to the 6th floor were we had to walk up a narrow spiral staircase with heavy luggage, one of the railings was broken, very dangerous. Thank God we paid for a week membership at a gym where we were able to take a hot shower. We spoke to others at the reception desk who told us to run the water for a half hour to no avail. Not once did the manager of the hotel reach out to help make us happy. We were very unhappy with our hotel stay and paying I ver 1300 dollars fir this room is horrifying.

The room was nice, small but had everything I needed. I didn’t have any issues with sound. The blackout curtains weren’t the best and could’ve been better. The staff was great for the most part! The were a couple front desk employees that were difficult to work with. Argued about government issued ID’s, didn’t communicate with each other about early check out. I clarified with 3 different staff members about having a late check out, paid the fee, and still got a phone call waking me up telling me that I was late checking out. Great location but they need to reevaluate their staff.

Very friendly forty room affordable hotel. Basic but clean with all you really need for a city break. Decent bathroom, huge comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff and a stone throw from Las Ramblas. Would stay again

My partner and I stayed at this hotel in August. It was a lovely stay and very convenient location. The only issue I had was it was for my partners birthday. I had contacted the hotel weeks prior asking if they could do some decorations in the room, to which they said yes. A few days before I messaged to confirm and they asked what decorations I would like, I said balloons or something similar and they said they would sort it. When we arrived the lady on reception said in front of my partner “You wanted something nice in the room?” Which was a bit annoying as I wanted it to be a surprise for him. When we got into the room, their “birthday decorations” was a champagne flute with stale sweets, a glass of water with a tea light in, and a lampshade? I understand if birthday decorations are not something they would offer, but I would rather them of said no in the first place than do that. As it was quite embarrassing to be honest after I’d told my partner there was going to be something nice in the room for him.

This is good hotel in very central location in Barcelona.

Comfortable clean room. Good temperature control. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Plenty of hot water at all times. Very convenient location for shopping and access to public transport. Would definitely use again.
