ホテル デ フランシア イ パリス

仕事で約一週間滞在させて頂きましたが、フロントも優しくて、ビールの栓が空けられないと言えば、バーで空けてくれるし、お土産を買いたいと相談すると完璧なお店を紹介してくれるし、最高に心地の良いホテルです。朝ごはんの準備をしてくれる女性達も、毎日笑顔で迎えてくれて、すばらしかった。また、Cadizに行く機会があれば、泊まりたいですね。

Best location!

清潔で快適ですが、サービスは不足。 部屋にモーニングは含まれているという案内があったので、すが実際は含まれておらず。スタッフも笑顔はないし、ちいさな町のホテルってイメージです。 室内は綺麗で、汚れをいっさいかんじなかったので、ホステルの設備がいい場所という感じです。

Das Hotel liegt an einem bezaubernden, belebten Platz. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfang- und abwechlsungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und das Bad und insgesamt das ganze Hotel waren super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Sonder)wünsche wurden entgegenkommend erfüllt. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen, wenn ich (hoffentlich noch oft) in die faszinierende Stadt Càdiz komme.

Friendly staff and great location.

The hotel’s climatization system was completely inoperable throughout my stay. As a direct result, during a period of extreme cold temperatures and continuous rain over two days, I was left without any form of heating. These conditions created unsafe and unhealthy lodging circumstances, which led to my developing a sinus infection. The situation was further aggravated by the presence of significant mold within the property, compounding the health risks. Critically, the hotel failed to disclose these material deficiencies at the time of check-in, depriving me of the ability to make an informed decision or to seek alternative accommodations. Compounding the matter, the hotel initially refused to process any refund through Hotels.com despite my attempts to do so. It was only after I escalated the issue directly with the hotel—copying the Consulate General of Spain in Miami—that they agreed to issue a partial refund of approximately 10%, an inadequate amount given the health impact, lack of disclosure, and substandard conditions experienced.

Great location. Room 312 have a buitiful balcony looking over the square.

Very clean and friendly staff. Excellent central location with a cute little plaza out front with room for taxi loading/drop-off. Adequate continental breakfast with solid & modern coffee/ juice dispensers for getting the day started right!

Aika kulahtanut hotelli, mutta niin ne taitaa monet olla näin vanhoissa kaupungeissa. Sijainti oli erinomainen. Kaikki vähän rempallaan ja likaisen oloista. Palvelu sinänsä tosi hyvää. Aamiainen vaatimaton.

Stanza pulita. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e a 15min a piedi dalla Stazione. Le spiagge principali erano raggiungibili a piedi.

The hotel was a perfect location, right on the edge of the old town. Reception staff were always very helpful and friendly! The hotel could do with a revamp but for the price you pay, it was very good value!

Great for exploring Cadiz old town; and on a lovely square with lots of bars/restaurants. Room was basic but good bathroom. Housekeeping excellent. The bar/cafe downstairs is good and open late. Breakfast a bit dull, and indoors (even when they have a terrace). Reception very helpful. Stored luggage no issue. 15 minute walk from bus/train station - use Google not the street signs though.
