A wonderful hotel in easy walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral Square and the Aqueduct. A beautiful hotel, our room was very comfortable and spotless with a lovely outlook over the city walls. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. Onsite parking is fabulous and was fairly straightforward navigating the old city. We spent 3 bights and really enjoyed our stay.

perfectly located in the old town. If you have a car, do contact the hotel in advance to book a parking space.Otherwaise, you will have to park at one of the public partking spaces which you have to buy a ticket every one hour after 10 am. They don't sell tickets vaild for more than one hour so you will be busy comming back to the car every hour to replace the ticket while storlling the beautiful old town after.

Excellent location. Great view of the Alcazar and valley. Rooms were comfortable but wish they had more pillows. Very clean. Our air conditioner didn’t work. The worker said the air conditioner was off but it worked in my parents room so not sure if it wasn’t on or it was broken.

I booked on Orbitz and paid for a room. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM and was informed they had oversold their rooms and they had no accommodation for me. Given the late hour, and the fact that they had not called me to inform me of this in advance, I was not able to find another hotel room in Segovia on short notice. I ended up sleeping in my car. It was a disaster.

fonctionnelle, complète et impeccable , petit dej nickel, personnel à l'écoute. Intérieur de l'hôtel, avec petit jardin , très plaisant. Bref très satisfaits. De plus les divers points d'intérêt de la ville accessibles à pied.
