Great location. Nice people

El trato recibido fue muy bueno y me habría gustado un poco más de espacio para guardar la ropa. Pero en general fue una muy buena experiencia.

This is a great hotel. It's clean and well run. Vini at the reception desk is a wealth of information and will provide advice on activities all over the area tailored to level of fitness, etc. The rooms are spacious; ours was right next to a river, which was wonderful, and we could see the peaks of the mountains. There are several really good restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that when we arrived the room reeked of perfume. We searched and found a plastic container. We moved it outside and opened the windows, and it was bearable when we got back. It was really overpowering, and I can't imagine that anyone really wants that much perfume in a hotel room. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is amazing: it's right in the national park.

Muy buen hotel, con un desayuno incluido excelente. Cuidado con las habitaciones del tercer piso que acumulan mucho calor durante el día en esta época del año. Muy buenas prestaciones por el precio pagado.

Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

Hôtel très propre. Chambre grande disposant d'un petit balcon et salle de bain avec baignoire et bidet. Très bien. Lit king Size. Très bien dormi

El personal muy amable y la ubicación genial. La limpieza podría haber sido mejor, he encontrado 2 pelos en el baño y 1 en la cama...

Todo muy bien. Desayuno muy bueno.

La habitación super cómoda. A pesar de que en el exterior el frío era intenso, no se notó para nada. Buen trato, servicio, comida y limpieza. Muy recomendable si se quiere estar tranquilo y disfrutar del Pirineo

Nos tocó habitación abuhardillada, era bonita, pero no practica, el problema era la bañera, tenías que agacharte y no era cómoda. Además de resbalar. La limpieza muy bien. Y la atención también buena.

Hotel con mucho potencial, con una ubicación excelente justo al lado de la parada de taxis 4X4 para subir a Sant Maurici. En nuestro caso, nos tocó la habitación 208 que da a la parte de atrás, con vistas a un prado con caballos, por la mañana las nubes bajas cubrían las montañas y el río, que discurre a los pies del hotel, daba aún más encanto si cabe al lugar. Lamentablemente, la limpieza es muy mejorable: encontramos varios pelos en la almohada, las sábanas y el suelo (saludos a la señora rubia de pelo largo que se alojó antes que nosotros!) y el mantenimiento también: mampara de baño con pegotes de silicona, sanitario que cada vez que te sentabas se movía de sitio, pasillos con desconchones de pintura en la pared... Es una lástima porque seguramente ha tenido mejores días, creo que el establecimiento podría ser una máquina de hacer dinero pero no creo que eso suceda actualmente. A ver si, ahora que el hotel está a la venta, alguien lo compra y lo relanza como merece.
