受付スタッフにウェルカムな雰囲気は感じなかった。

ロケーションが良く、従業員の対応もとても良かったです。ただし、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえてくるのが気になりました。

とても快適でした。ホテルスタッフも親切で、また利用したいと思います。

Excellent buffet for breakfast, though the price is reasonable

スペインとお店は開くのが遅く、ホテルの朝食を付けました。朝食の品揃えはよく美味しかった。ホテルのスタッフの対応もよかった。

ホテルそのものの立地は良いが、隣室の物音、夜中のゴミ回収の音が気になった。

The hotel is okay, our shower was bad, it had mold all over, it was not clean, even when i ask them to clean it, mold remain on everything, we had to put a towel on the shower floor for us to step on it as we shower but the shower head was also very bad that showering felt more nasty than getting clean. Also, The water either comes out extremely hot or extremely cold, it doesn't work properly, we tried to get it to a correct temp didn't work. The location is 50/50 about 28 min walk to centro madrid. Breakfast was good but staying more than one night, it can get old fast as they dont do much of a variety. I do not think this hotel should be 4 stars it should be 2 stars. If we ever go back to madrid I will not stay here. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything everything. Also be prepared to never watch TV English or anything they do not have any options for anything they expect for you to either use your phone to play a English show or nothing at all. Just go to a different hotel when your in nadrid.

Clean room and great service! Very close by bus or walking (20-25 mins) to main attractions. Close to the airport by taxi.

This is a great location in Madrid, right by a major metro station in a nice neighborhood, walkable to many other neighborhoods in Madrid. It was a nice one night stay.

The hotel is located in a great area of Madrid, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city’s main attractions. However, the hotel itself feels dated, and the rooms are quite small. It also lacks amenities that many travelers expect today, such as a gym, and the Wi-Fi is noticeably slow. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to stay, but it would benefit from a renovation and some updated facilities to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

God beliggenhed så man nemt kan gå til kongehuset og flere store parker. Ligger lige i nærheden af mange lækre restauranter og hyggelige caféer. Metro station tæt på. Og kun 20 min i Taxa til banegården og 30 min til lufthavnen. Personalet er venlig og meget hjælpsomme.

Superb facilities, spacious room and sumptuous breakfast. Very accessible—Right across the Alonso Martinez tube station. All this at an unbeatable price.

Bra läge, trevlig personal och bra frukost

Very nice hotel. The location is not exactly center but it’s perfect for getting most anywhere with a short metro ride. And in Madrid there really is no perfect location.
