localizacao otima por ter um shopping embaixo do hotel e ao lado de um El Corte Ingles gigante. Mas é um hotel grande sem piscina, sem academia. Isso foi ruim. Porta do banheiro é de vidro. o que nao dá privacidade e nao isola som, ruim isso. Qto de otimo tamanho. Pedi andar alto e me deram o primeiro andar. Estava tendo um grupo de jovens que fazia zona nos corredores de madrugada e o hotel nada fez

Necesita una reforma, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas a pesar de que se anuncia asi

Las habitaciones no tienen microwave, algunos outlets no funcionan, el wifi es itermitente, el hotel esta dentro de un centro comercial, lo cual es conveniente, pero no proporcionan informacion en el hotel acerca del centro commercial, sus horarios de acceso.

Hotel incrível, fica no 4°andar de um centro comercial onde vc pode fazer compras e refeições (vários restaurantes). Tem vista para a cidade das artes e ciência. Um café da manhã generoso e uma grade cama de casal.

Hébergement bien situé à proximité de la cité des arts et des sciences et annexé au centre d’achat. Chambre propre mais cependant, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement et givrée donc on voit à travers. Mais le plus gros point négatif, air climatisé qui arrête de fonctionner la nuit donc on se réveille tout en sueur avec une température de 28 degrés dans la chambre. Donc, s’il fait chaud à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas agréable. Pour le reste, bel établissement.

Lindo y confortable

The hotel location is located in safe area and near many restaurants and shopping centres. But the room furniture is outdated with a very basic decor. Moreover the room and hallway both have an odor and not pleasant smell.

Equipe de atendimento do Hotel terrível, de uma má vontade nunca vista na Rede Ilunión (ficamos no Ilunion Barcelona, com equipe nota 10, no Ilunion San Mamés, com equipe sofrível, e no Ilunion Romareda, idem). Colocaram-nos no AP 403, que estava com ar condicionado e frigobar sem funcionar. Solicitamos às 22h00min a troca e fomos extremamente mal atendidos por uma funcionária (principal da recepção do hotel, que usa óculos) que nos negou a alteração, justificando que não havia quarto disponível e informando que só poderia verificar a troca no dia posterior, caso houvesse disponibilidade. Por volta das 23h00min, houve mudança de equipe e um funcionário de certa idade, bastante compreensivo, mudou-nos para o AP 802, onde o ar condicionado e o freezer funcionavam perfeitamente. Pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e nos solicitou que dormíssemos no novo AP, deixando-nos à vontade para transferirmos as nossas bagagens e pertences na manhã do próximo dia (23/06). Ficou claro que havia disponibilidade de quarto e que o hotel não estava lotado. Deixamos os nossos agradecimentos para o Jonatan, responsável pelo restaurante à noite, que sempre nos recebeu muito bem. Recorri à ajuda de "especialistas" da hotéis.com, que ficou de nós retornar, o que não ocorreu até o momento. Atendimento doloso e terrível da hotéis.com.

For the Property, I did like how it looked. I like that it was very convenient to the adjacent shopping mall where there were access to fast food restaurants in addition to regular restaurants. But once I was in my room, I noticed several issues. First one was the phone receiver, which had electrical tape wrapped around it holding it together. Second issue was it appeared to look like a burn hole of some sort caused by either a cigarette or something hot that burned a hole through the bed covering. The third issue was the desk lamp was broken. The fourth issue was the tall lamp behind the sitting chair appeared to have a lot of residue from either nicotine or some greasy product, which was gross. These issues were brought to the attention to the hotel and After time wasted trying to have it resolved they did the following: replace the Desk lamp, replace the phone, removed the bedding and removed the lamp located behind the sitting chair. Ultimately it was handled with time giving up for them to do this. We were compensated with breakfast for the remaining two days of our stay. I wasn’t too impressed by the breakfast, but since I didn’t have to pay for it. It was fine. It was disappointing since this place was considered a four star, but truly when I walked into this room, it was definitely not 4 star, but more like it was more like a two star hotel.

Perfect hotel

Breakfast was mid, better options on your doorstep. Room was rough, black mold in the bathroom and peeling paint, water staining on the walls of the bedroom. Staff were nice and the hotel is conveniently located near the arts and science park. I wouldn't rush back.

Das Zimmer war sauber

Sehr gute Lage und unseren kleinen Hund dürfte mitkommen. Altstadt ist ca. 4,5 km entfernt, kein Problem da Man durch den Park dahin spazieren kann. Um aus dem Hotel rauszukommen muss man mit zwei verschiedene Aufzüge fahren, Es könnte knapp werden wenn der Hund es „eilig“ hat.. sonst TOP! Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum, daher gibt es unterschiedlichen Restaurants vorhanden. PS Das Auto kann man im Parkhaus von Einkaufszentrum für 14 EUR pro Tag einparken.

Very good location but hotel amenities felt cheap. Bed sheets felt like paper. Check in took a long time.
