Nice hotel in Magaluf. All inclusive very good and varied every day. Three alcoholic drinks included for lunch and dinner (tap beer and tap white rose and red wine)

Hotel molto valido, la cucina internazionale è davvero buona, ci sono tante varietà di cibo ogni sera. L'unica pecca è l'assenza di parcheggio, si deve mettere la macchina lungo la strada ma per il resto è davvero buono considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We had a lovely time with our 11 month old baby. All the staff were excellent, really helpful people, went above and beyond with their service. Even taking time out their job to greet our little girl. Or only criticism is that the hallways are very loud on a night, however we still had a fantastic time. Pool and pool area cleaned every night, restaurant offers a great variety of food suitable for all palates.

Spent a week with family. The hotel was family friendly and kept very clean. Food was good and had lots of choice. Sunbeds were always available around the 3 pools. Sally on the Entertainment Team was lovely. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay recently at AluaSun Terranova. The food was excellent, excellent cleanliness throughout, polite staff, rooms were great and very comfortable (the only grumble would be that the walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper it wouldn’t be suitable for you IMO). The pool area is great and plenty of sunbeds. Entertainment for both children and adults was great. We would definitely return. Great value for money.

Lovely and enjoyable family holiday, plenty to do, beach nearby, staff were fantastic and plenty of choice of food throughout the day - we had an amazing time!

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mehr positives fällt mir nicht ein. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich, das Essen ist vergleichbar mit einem China Restaurant in Deutschland. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl, jedoch schmeckt gar nichts besonders gut. Zum satt werden reicht es. Es gibt ein wenig Salat mit Majo und Aioli als Dressing, Fertigpizza, Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, schlecht durchgegartes Fleisch und schlecht frittierte Pommes, Onion Rings,… Die Getränke sind größtenteils an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen und mit Sirup versetzt und schmecken daher ziemlich nach Chlor, ganz besonders das Wasser. Wir haben uns ein 6L Kanister bei Aldi gekauft. Die Cocktails sind sehr schlecht, viel zu süß und ein sehr künstlicher Geschmack. An einem Morgen wurde um 7 Uhr der Innenhof bei den Pools mit einem Laubbläser gereinigt, was ziemlich laut war. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr hellhörig, sodass man oft durch Personen im Flur oder das Zuschlagen von Türen geweckt wird.

Super fint hotell! Vi var der i lavsesong, så merket at det kunne vært morsommere å være der i høysesong! Men mye gøy å finne på der, en del underholdning på kveldene og utover dagen. Eneste vi savnet mar mere variert mat under buffet

Food service is plentiful but questionably cooked maybe suitable for older clientele Decor was fresh and clean Very high balconies available on Severn floors. Entertainment available Friendly staff, late checkout available for fee till late, heating in room balcony and french doors very nice

Hotelzimmer sind ziemlich klein, alt und nicht sauber (viel Staub, Wasserflecken, fehlendes Polster usw.). Das Essen und der Service waren aber sehr gut. Die Dusche ist auch einmal ausgefallen, ich musste mit tropfendem Wasser zu Ende duschen, nach der Meldung wurde es aber sofort behoben. Bad ohne Klimatisierung.

Food and facilities were great, room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Fint hotel med en god beliggenhed. Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at det går stejlt op af bakke, mod hotellet, når man har været nede i byen. Hotellet er ikke i top stand, men det fungere. Maden er god 4 ud af 7 dage. Der er desværre et gap på 2 timer hvor man ikke kan få mad. Dårligt at man skal betale for at låne cykler. 2 gange besøgte vi toilettet ved reception og i kælderen ved buffeten, hvor der IKKE var toiletpapir på kvinde toiletterne. Venligt rengøringshjælp til værelset. Vi bestilte dobbeltseng og fik 2 enkelte så de delte sig. Det er ikke i orden på et 4 stjernet hotel!

I am very pleased with my 5 days stay at Aluasun hotel with my kids All the staff were fantastic especially Maga. She explained everything to my understanding and always smilling. The food was very tasty with varieties to choose from. I will stay here over and over again and I have already recommended the hotel to my friends Thank you Aluasun for having us, we shall come back soon x

Good - Vegetarian food was ok, provison of room to take bath after you have checked out . Bad- Air conditioner wasn't great, pool facing rooms were hot and noisy.

Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about this hotel after raising complaints daily about the state of our room each day we was told there was no alternative room and to raise the complaint via email… we have raised a complaint three times via the email provided with numerous pictures of the state of the room no reply at all. The whole time we was passed pillow to post no body tried to rectify the cleanliness of the room it’s a shame I don’t have a section to upload the photos as I would upload each and every one of them… I hope to receive a reply at some point via email! But I’m not holding my hopes high at this point! Same goes for Expedia them selves not helpful at all after raising all the issues with them also!

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 1 week, wished we had booked longer! Our 10 and 7 year old had the best week, they met some lovely friends and split their time between the football pitch and pool. Entertainment staff were great for children and adults and the food is as you would expect with a 4 star all inclusive, everyone always found something to eat but we did eat out a couple of nights just for a bit of a change.
