Lovely stay, with good amenities and helpful staff. Only slight downside was the sound proofing between rooms is not very good.

J'ai passé beaucoup de temps dans l'eau. La piscine d'eau de mer au "club laurel" est très agréable et bien située, près de la plage. Le spa aussi est sympa, petit mais pas trop envahi (hors saison). On peut aussi lézarder devant la piscine principale. Partout on nous fournit des chaises longues et des serviettes.

Personal muy atento, comida buena, habitaciones reformadas, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho. Calidad-precio no es buena, muy cara la noche en habitación básica y con la media pensión te cobran hasta el agua en las comidas

Quiet, beautiful tropical feel. Its a beautiful island with superb walks. Staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming and there is an excellent selection of activities.

The surrounding is just spectacular - sunrise & sunsets, food lots of choices, personal very friendly & helpful

Der Check in war schrecklich: Unser Zimmer sollte #111 sein. Dafür gabs auch den elektronischen zimmerschlüssel. Auf der Karte des hotelgeländes wurde an der Rezeption aber 101 eingetragen! Als wir dort nach vielen Metern ankamen stellte sich heraus, daß die Rezeption uns auf der Gelände karte das falsche Zimmer eingetragen hatte. Wir sind dann allerdings weiter zu #111 gelaufen und dort hat der zimmersclüssel funktioniert. D.h. die Rezeption weiss nicht bescheid. Noch unverschämter war dann allerdings der Anruf im Zimmer, wir hätten nachdem das mit #101 nicht funktioniert hat wieder zurück laufen sollen. Wer ist hier der Gast und wer schickt die Gäste im Gelände herum. Keine 4sterne!

I had a lovely stay at this wonderful hotel. Nice rooms, great dinner, cool entertainment. And spectacular views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Daniel Cordero, who even helped me with my car troubles after his shift just finished. Talk about going above and beyond!

Nice stay, cozy environment with the garden and old trees. Broad and selective menues at the restaurants at lunch, great food. We have half pension and the buffet dinner was really nice. Room cozy and updated, however the paintwork of the ceiling must have been done in quite a hurry, since there was painting all over the floor in the bathroom. What a pity when you update your rooms. What a waste. Otherwise the appearance could have been much better. Also we had a great ocean view. Missed some more kind of pillows in a four star hotel. They also changed the towels each day, not necessary, also watering the trees in the middle of the day was bit weird in an islands that did not have any rain for 2 years. I think customers would understand the need to reduce water. Ex only wash towels if they are at the floor and not shift them every day.

Helt underbart hotell på alla sätt och vis. Information om vad som finns att nyttja på hotellet kan vara lite tydligare när du anländer. Tog oss 4 dagar att förstå att det fanns yoga.

Der blev skiftet håndklæder hver dag selvom vi placerede vores håndklæder til at blive genbrugt. Unødvendig klimabelastning.

Excellent hotel and beautiful

Fantastic location, rooms old fashioned, poor air con. Buffet very congested and not very good food offer. However nice pool and spa and a very relaxing stay

My fourth stay. A beautifully landscaped property needs a little work on the rooms. The bed was old and the floors are very slippery when wet (I fell and sprained a knee). The towels were so worn that one tore while I used it. The staff are marvelously helpful, especially Miriam on the front desk.
