Pagamos un suplemento por habitación doble y nos pusieron dos camas de 90 atadas con bridas y sábanas individuales Sábanas roídas, toallas deshilachadas Al estar en el 3er piso el agua caliente no llegaba por lo que no pudimos ducharnos en condiciones ningún día La limpieza de la habitación era mediocre Decoración y mobiliario del hotel parece que se quedaron en los años 80-90 El buffet del desayuno no era gran cosa Lo único bueno a destacar es la zona de piscina Hemos de decir que el personal del hotel es bastante amable, a pesar de los pocos recurso que parece que tienen, intentaron solventar sin mucho éxito todos los problemas que habían surgido. Lamentablemente ni recomendaremos este hotel ni volveremos a hospedarnos en el

Meget god beliggenhet i gågata i gamlebyen, 100 m fra havet. Sjarmerende og flott, gammelt bygg i kanarisk stil. Herlig lobby med flotte grønnplanter over fire etasjer. Grei frokostbuffet inkludert. Litt slitt bad på rommet men OK for mitt behov. Fikk balkong ut mot bassenget og havet, det var veldig fint. Alltid hyggelige, hjelpsomme ansatte. Alt i alt, meget god verdi for pengene. Kommer nok tilbake 😎👍.

My wife and I spent two nights here in May. We arrived early, and after a short wait were given 2 electronic keys to room 41. We were also given breakfast times and the wi-fi code which worked well in the room. We were given a room adjacent to the swimming pool, which was quiet as there were few guests staying at the hotel. The room would have been difficult for those with mobility issues as there were no lifts to this floor of the hotel. The room was well-presented and had adequate storage and sufficient sockets for charging mobiles etc. Having read about bed bug issues we gave the bed a thorough inspection and found no evidence of bugs. A ceiling fan operated silently and provided enough air for us as the weather was not particularly hot. The TV had English language news channels and with a bit of effort, it was possible to access programs on non-english channels into english by using the remote control. The bathroom had a bath with overhead shower attachment, vanity basin and toilet. It also had a good shelf for personal items. Small soaps and a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser were available, along with decent towels. The water had to run for a short while to get hot, but remained hot and plentiful once it came through. Breakfast was included. Hot items included fried eggs (omelets were available on request), bacon, and churros. One day we also had hot-dog sausages, the other baked beans. There was a small selection of cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cereals, yoghurts.

From the moment we walked into the hotel,we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Once we got to our room it was spotlessly clean. Plus it was larger than we expected. All of the staff were very friendly, the breakfast had everything for everyone's dietary needs. The pool area has plenty of loungers, plus the toilets and changing rooms, are spotlessly clean in this area.We most definitely will return. Plus we highly recommend this hotel. It was only a short stay, every thing was excellent. Breakfast very good choice and well spacious dining room. Only downsite was the actual room, single not much space, a suppose enough for a 2 night stay comfortable bed, a longer stay i would recommend an upgrade.

Friendy, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location*. The room had old school amenities like a laundry line in the bath and a bottle opener screwed to the door jam. The only fault is a shortage of electrical outlets. To charge my phone I had to resort to the hairdryer outlet in the bathroom. *To get to this hotel by vehicle (e.g. with luggage), approach the port and historic center area from the north, taking exit 32 from highwayTF5. If you try to come from the south, you will likely be frustrated, because 90% of the streets are one-way against you! Come in from north and you'll drive right up near this hotel.

Emplacement idéal. En plein coeur du centre historique et de l'océan. Le cadre du type colonial est très bien entretenu et très grand. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et du type international. Les chambres sont propres. Pensez à demander une vue sur la mer. Si vous êtes en voiture garez vous au parking del Muelle. Il est gratuit. La circulation dans la ville est compliquée.

Excellent location, excellent staff. The breakfast was great and it's a really beautiful place. The rooms couldn't probably do with a slight facelift but it's part of the charm and they're clean, which matters more. I had to switch rooms a few nights in because there was a major leak in the bathroom, these things happen. More importantly, the staff were so helpful and ensured my replacement room had an equally good view. The balcony rooms are 100% worth it. I had such a good time staying here and I've stayed at 5 different hotels in the area. It has a traditional feel, it's family run and there's so much history.

Excellent location in the heart of Old Town and street performers outside front door! Rooms quite small but great closet space. Our room had some street noise apparent. Breakfast very good value and nice view. Interior of Hotel very lovely but rooms could use updating especially mattress and huge, stiff pillows!

Buono il menu' , mancava solo qualche varietà di frutta in più, in pieno centro comodo a tutto, il personale molto cordiale e preparato,mi sono trovato molto bene e spero di trovare una stanza per la prossima vacanza.

Old hotel with excelent loco ,breakfast ok,necesary to reduce bad smell from bathrooms..

Breakfast was excellent, any room was comfortable. Oliver on the staff was super friendly. The hot tub was not heated and the bathroom amenities could have been a little better, to get the final star. But overall, a very nice stay.

Hotellet kan jag inte rekommendera, behöver total uppfrächning. Läget dock perfekt. Uteserveringen trevlig med gatumusikanter som avlöste varandra.Trevlig personal, men vad hjälper det.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch ok, zumal im Preis inbegriffen. Mein Zimmer war jedoch reichlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit war zwar ok, Dinge wie den Toilettensitz hatte man erst kürzlich erneuert. Dennoch war an vielen Stellen der Lack ab, besonders im Bad. Übergemalte Kacheln und eine mit Farbe ausgebesserte Badewanne sind Grenzwertig. Allerdings muss ich anmerken dass mein Zimmer auch recht günstig gewesen ist.

The hotel, located in an excellent position, seems very charming with the lovely palm court feeling at the entrance! But that’s where the charm ends…the rooms are shabby and very dated (which could be acceptable) but the facilities are quite disgusting! Poor quality, threadbare linen and towels. Lumpy pillows. No tea or coffee-making facilities. A safe that you can only use by paying a daily fee!! No drinking water supplied. A wafer-thin piece of soap is supplied (FOC!) but there is no shampoo or conditioner. Very cheap see-through toilet paper and a bidet which did not work. All of this together with a lovely drain smell! Unfortunately, the present, 3rd or 4th generation family owners are totally oblivious to spending any money on customer comforts! All-in-all not a hotel that we would recommend anyone else to experience!
