Easy to find the hotel and you can stop across the road to unload bags. Very friendly staff and the room was large, clean and very quiet.
There were seating areas on each floor and the hotel was spotless with a nice bar area and outdoor seating.
At the front of the hotel there were tables and chairs and a gazebo where we stayed to enjoy churros and chocolate from the bar.
A lovely hotel in a lovely place and we will definitely be going back, both to the hotel and the town.

Magnificent decor. Super clean and friendly staff. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee that worth the money.
Great location to walk the entire town, santillana del Mar also close to the Caves of Altamira (Cuevas de Altamira).
Lots of restaurants and small shops.
