ホテル オルチュエラ

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it.

Good friendly hotel . Clean and convenient

Tout était parfait sauf les repas. Pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche et rien autour. Le lunch la veille très long ( pour juste une salade) et aucun effort pour communiquer hors espagnol.

Me ha gustado mucho sus instalaciones y con parking gratuito. Lo único malo es que es una zona industrial alejada de transporte público y aislado por la noche.

The stay was comfortable, it was just for overnight. There is not much around by it was perfect for us to stop over.

Nice hotel convenient for ferry crossing

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. It had an easy to use walkin shower. Toiletries were provided. There is a restaurant/cafeteria in the hotel. I only had breakfast which was adequate. .

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, free underground parking is a bonus

Very clinical internally no nearby bars - the on site cafe/bar - uncomfortable.

Estuvimos en otra ocasión y la habitaqción nos resultó pequeña para tres. En esta ocasión nos dieron una más grande y mejor, creo que era de minusválidos. El baño, la verdad, dejaba un poco que desear, muy estropeado, la ducha rajada, con sólo una mampara corta que se escapaba toda el agua, inodoro muy alto (de minusválidos)...

We have stayed here before. It is close to The ferry port. It is also close to the railway station for a trip into Bilbao

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación amplia, colchón y almohada cómoda, buena limpieza, un trato muy agradable, tanto en recepción, personal de limpieza y personal del restaurante, pero con un inconveniente: si tu habitación da a la parte de atrás, el dormir algunos días, se hace complicado ya que, la parte de atrás del hotel da al repostaje de combustuble para la gasolinera y se oye un ruido infernal de madrugada, durante dos o tres horas por los camiones cisterna al reportar el carburante.

This hotel had a nice room in good condition. The property was clean and well kept. There’s parking in the basement and surface parking on 2 sides of the building. The hotel has a restaurant which we were unable to use due to closed dates. There are restaurants in the area but parking is at a premium and walking on the road (no sidewalks) is an adventure. Finding an open restaurant with parking was our biggest challenge. The hotel has an attached gas station and convenience store.

Lovely clean rooms. Menu del Dia in restaurant was lovely and reasonable.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte durante il cammino del nord per Santiago. La stanza era molto bella e pulita, silenziosa durante la notte, unica pecca e molto fuori dal percorso quindi bisogna camminare un po’ anche se si prendono i mezzi. A parte questo la consiglio vivamente!
