The best location. Staff was going above and beyond to accommodate our early breakfast. Really great breakfast.

I think this property is not a hotel is a Hostal…but is a good place for 2-3 nights

The only issue to this hotel is the fact that there is only someone on site, most days, until 3 pm. We had a late flight so didn't arrive until early evening. On the website they said a code would be sent to gain entry to hotel and room. We tried on many occasions to found out from the hotel and Expedia what the procedure for obtaining the code was. Hotel Plaza sent a letter through Expedia, but this was in Spanish and you had to check in before being sent the codes. We managed to work it out, got into the hotel ok, but was sent the wrong code for room. Tried ringing the phone number given for the hotel, but came up no number, other guests seemed to have the same problem with trying to get in touch with any hotel staff. We eventually asked a lovely lady who worked in the cafe a few doors down to try the number and she managed to speak to someone, who only spoke Spanish and get the code to our room. This was a big concern, if there was any major problems it was not easy contacting anyone. The staff that were there were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but ok.
