Bra hotell alt i alt. Vi fikk ikke rommet vi hadde bestilt, og ble tildelt et annet som hadde færre rene sengeplasser.

Water all over when showering, for 5 days, offered change of room 11 pm at night or nothing, and i have my 84y mother that did not have strength to change room but was not offered help! they dont care about complaints. Very poor service over all. All-inclusive but not many drinks included and no drinking water includes! Water is extra, OMG, can't call it 4 stars and All-inclusive, No. Talked to other guests,they won't be coming back aswell

Beautiful relaxed hotel ,lovely friendly staff ,great food options ,the only disappointment was The One Restaurant, food was just ok there

Staff and experience was not great

We are a youn couple and this has been a really nice stay. We got golden bracelets and everything we could think of was included in our stay. Everyone is really friendly. The food is great and very fresh. Snacks are crunchy and the drinks are good enough to enjoy. The rooms are really silent also.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Alles is heel netjes, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en er is heel veel keuze in het buffet-restaurant! Van op je balkon heb je ook een heel mooi uitzicht op de zee. Super fijne omgeving. Goede combinatie tussen sfeer, gezelligheid en rust! ☺️

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and a big variety in the buffet. The pool was nice but a bit to small for al the people

Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!!

Not really what I was expecting, but not terrible or as bad as people make it to be. It does have pros and cons. I would categorize this place more as a hotel than a resort. Bar service was limited and there was no flow to the buffet nor was it labeled as to the areas where the kids food was at. Choices for kids were limited, same with the snack bar. Food was not terrible they do have to cater the seasoning of the food to the masses. The room we had was really nice and more spacious than I expected. I did get the romantic package to surprise my family and they did a great job with it! House keeping was not what was expected they did not come clean the room (despite hanging the sign on the door requesting it and speaking to the front desk) until our 3rd day (take out the trash mainly), toiletries and coffee pods were never replenished. It was Slightly confusing as to where the entertainment amd activities were which were also limited but I am going to assume its because they are still trying to find their rhythm after reopening. Live music was pretty good just need a surround sound ;). Parking was convenient, the area was nice with the shops and water activities. Experience overall was ok again i categorze it as a hotel not a resort in the traditional sense, it is not as bad as other people make ot out to be and there is is room for improvement but i will attribute it to theor reopening and are trying to find their groove and on being better staffed.

Es un hotel de 5 estrellas sin duda!!! Todo perfecto y nuevo!!

Había reservado 2 adulto y un menor, o sea una habitación con camas gemelas y un sofá cama. Y así aparecía en la reserva. Y al llegar había una cuna bene, fui a reclamar y acabaron cobrando mas dinero. tanto hoteles.com como el hotel se desentendieron del error. porque decían que había reservado un bebé de 0/1 años. Ya me diréis cómo es posible tener la reserva con un sofá cama y un menor. Increíble, hoteles .com se ha desentendido de todo. Hemos pasado un situación bochornosa y horrible. Sin más comentarios veremos donde acaba el reclamo vamos a hacer . Adjunto foto reserva

Struttura scelta per caso,ma rivelatasi fantastica.Stanze enormi e sempre in ordine,buffet vari e ricchi dalla colazione alla cena,tanti spazi relax a disposizione.Unica nota dolente per 2 sportivi come noi,la palestra un po' misera...Pochi pesi,zero tappetini o altro per esercizi a corpo libero.... Però tutto il personale gentilissimo.....

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El personal super atento y amable. El todo incluido es correcto, no incluye mucha variedad de bebidas pero lo suficiente para este tipo de régimen. Lo que mas echamos en falta es la variedad en los snaks fuera de las comidas … siempre lo mismo y poco variado y si te apetecen unas patatillas para acompañar las bebidas hay que pagar la bolsa. Pero a pesar de eso, repetiremos seguro por la estancia tan maravillosa y cómoda que hemos tenido.
