Mes enfants et moi-même sommes très satisfaits de notre sejour. Après une arrivée chaotique suite à des problèmes d'avion (retards multiples), le personnel s'est montré tres accueillant et à l'écoute des préoccupations. La chambre était d'une propreté inégalée et moderne. Le petit-déjeuner et dîner etaient variés et frais. Notre sejour qui demarrait mal s'est tres bien terminé grâce aux bons souvenirs de notre passage chez RIU.

Hotel was clean and generally quiet, its in a busy area with night clubs and bars so there was some noise but nothing that got in the way of sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area which seems to be very popular with German visitors so youll hear very little English spoken, not a bad thing given youre in a non-english spraking country. The transport links were good, with the airport bus and city bus stopping 200m from the hotel. Food options were pretty good, with varied evening options and a decent breakfast every day.

Esperienza positiva, struttura eccellente, personale professionale e simpatico. Vicinissimo al mare e alla capitale, serve comunque l'auto per girare l'isola. Ho fatto presente alla direzione che erano presenti animali spiacevoli nelle aiuole e prontamente hanno risolto il problema .

Friendly staff, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean.
It was a bit far from Palma - 25 minutes on the bus, which stops just around the corner from the hotel, as does the A2 airport bus.

We booked the Riu Festival but on arrival was told we was moved to the Riu Concordia. Luckily it was only down the road.
This hotel was excellent and cannot fault it one bit but very disappointed neither hotels.com nor the Riu group told us prior.

I loved the stay at the hotel; the staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. However, the only downside was the location of the smoking section, which was positioned right in front of the main entry door. Every time the doors opened, the cigarette smoke wafted directly into the lobby, making the air unpleasant for non-smokers. It would be great if the hotel could relocate the smoking area to a spot farther away from the entrance to enhance the overall experience for guests.
