海に面したレストランからの景色が良く、庭の木々の緑も素晴らしい。7泊したが、料理に飽きることなく、満足した。昼間のフィットネスプログラムや夜のショーも良い。

The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect, and the food is good. Overall, the hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. We had a lovely stay.

Fräscht och renligt med flera stora pooler och gott om plats utomhus. Maten är riktigt bra och läget är perfekt vid början av den långa stranden.

Room was clean! Staff was great (only one around 35-40 years woman was all the time rude during eating time! Place was super nice and defenatly I will go back! Only problem was that night time suddenly safety box start to piiping and didn’t stop no matter what we try.. then we called reception and after half hour somebody (nice) person came to fix it. It would be nice that level hotel they would give discount for future staying because it was ruin 2 hours our sleep. But like I said hotel and evening show was super good! Thank you!

Good fruits and omelette

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, Gratulation an das Küchenteam. Auch die Auswahl waren sensationell, sowie die Möglichkeit die unterschiedlichen Restaurants zu nutzen. Wir hatten am Anreise tag ein Zimmer in welchem es sehr streng nach Feuchtigkeit, Moder bzw. Schimmel roch. Nach Meldung wurde zwar das Zimmer gereinigt, jedoch bekam man den Geruch nicht weg. Haben dann am zweiten Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Das ist auch schon das größte Manko, und mMn. ein erhebliches, dass uns aufgefallen ist. Das Personal ist unterschiedlich, von sehr freundlich und super bis hin zu "mir ist alles egal". Wobei dass sehr freundlich vor allem auf die Mitarbeiter in den Bars und Restaurants zutrifft. Bezüglich unseres Zimmerproblems habe ich mich nicht sehr verstanden gefühlt. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind endlos. Wirklich tolle Anlage.

Nice and big hotel

The food for all meals was awful. For the amount of money that I paid, I would have expected the food to be better quality. Most of the time we ate off property, as the food was not appetizing or appealing. We talked to several other guests who felt the same way. The rooms were also average, as I was expecting a bit more for a 4 star resort.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt. Das Buffet ist wirklich sehr reichhaltig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Property was well maintained. Clean & easy to find all the amenities. Staff very friendly & accommodating.

Resort ben curato, soprattutto bellissimi gli spazi esterni. Personale gentile e disponibile.

El hotel y la estancia es excelente. Muy recomendable. Como aspecto a mejorar, creo que el spa le falta todavía una vuelta.

The place was amazing. We would definitely return in the future. The cleanliness and quality of food and drink were top notch. The grounds and location to the boardwalk were one of the things that completed our trip.

Beautiful hotel, everything you need and stunning views.

We have stayed at the Riu Gran Canaria before but not since it has been refurbished in 2023. The changes have made the hotel even better with better communal areas,restaurants and entertainment spaces. The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for their guests,everyone we came across was helpful and seemed very happy in their work. The bedrooms are light and airy with plenty of space. There is an all inclusive mini bar in each room which was topped up daily. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless . There are numerous specialty restaurants where the food and wine is top notch,especially the steak restaurant overlooking the sea. The different foods and cuisines in the main restaurant used for breakfast ,lunch and dinner are many and varied. The sports bar is open 24hours ,so drink and food is available 24/7 if you so wish. The theatre where most of the entertainment takes place in the evening is huge and there are plenty of tables and seats for guests. The children are very well catered for with clubs,entertainment,sing a longs and mini disco.The evening shows are very professional and the entertainment team very talented. The pool area is huge with plenty of room,sun beds and shades. There are bars and toilets a plenty and never far away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good quality holiday with nothing to worrry about.

The staff is simply incredible. Everyone says Hi when you meet them. This was our second time staying there and was just great!
