ホテル ロサマール ベニドーム

Room was lovely with two double beds, perfect for us, also the shower is one of the best I have ever had, was a large enclosure with plenty of hot water, we were all inclusive which was a waste of time for us as we still chose to eat out but the free coffee machine was delicious. Hotel location was perfect. The only downside was the lifts, they are slow, small and warm, we were in the 14th floor and lots of people using lifts to go up or down a couple of floors happens a lot, if two of the lifts were for floors say 8 to 14 only I think this would help a lot but I don't know but apart from that the whole stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for children, not that we had any but there is definitely plenty for children here.

Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag. Personal på bar, receptionen och matsalen är hjälpsamma och trevliga. Lunch och eftermiddag åt man inte smakrik mat, hotellet använder inte utbildade kock och maten görs inte på professionellt sätt. Bara en pool, den är för liten i förhållande till hotellets storlek och fullt med folk i och det fanns inte utrymme att simma i lugn och ro. Dåliga kuddar, vi bytte några gånger och alltid lika dålig, bara budget kuddar används. Underhållningen är under all kritik och inte alls roligt. Vi byte hotell och flyttade till annat hotell i Alicante eftersom i 4 raka dagar hade hela hotellet vatten avbrott i flera långa timmar på tidiga morgon upp till klockan 9 på morgonen och den var känd av personalen på hotellet, det funkade inte spola ner toaletten, det luktade illa i rummet, duscha och tvätta ansikte var omöjligt. 4 stjärnig hotell fick man aldrig bli serverad på bordet på öl, drinks etc. det var bara self your self, dålig känsla, inte alls semester känsla som man brukar förvänta sig.

The food was horrible if you ain’t British. Tasteless food. Felt like uk and not spain. Things too pay extra for example: safe deposit, drink with half pension booked (soda). If you want to know Spain, old Benidorm or Alicante. Area around Rosa mar is tourist shops and liquor.

DO NOT stay here unless you want a dose of food poisoning!!!! This is no way a 4 star hotel. Three of us on the first day went down for dinner in the hotel restaurant. We ate at 9pm and by 9.30 pm we were all vomiting. Seems a coincidence!! By 1am we were so ill we had to get a doctor to come out and give injections to stop the vomiting and diarrhea. Spent the next day in bed and it came to our attention that lots of people in the hotel were ill. When we spoke to reception they denied any issue and told us it was stomach flu!! We never ate in the hotel again and had to spend extra eating out. Staff also in the hotel were very rude - as if trained to be so!!! Everything a bother to them and a big attitude. Lifts so slow and one broken for a few days. The list could go on and on and on. This placed should be inspected by health and safety. Terrible.

Nice clean friendly staff, everything nice beside the lifts are terrible very slow need more lifts no number on lifts on floors so you don’t know where they are. Food was ok not used to olive oil cooking all time and there desserts not enough sugar

I am not a breakfast person so can’t answer that. But but other meal’s plenty.

Hotel is nicely renovated and we loved our room. The location as perfect for everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are not very friendly in most areas. The main lobby often smells like sewage. We paid for all inclusive and mostly ate elsewhere as the food is both repetitive and fairly bad. Coffee and toast for breakfast and out to town where there are many affordable and delicious options. I would stay there again however would not recommend the extra money for all inclusive.

good price for out of season trip

The rooms were nice size comfy large beds. Wasnt as clean as it could have been floors dusty. Plenty food to chooae from and enjoyable.

Stayed 3 times now , got an upgrade

Store og fine rom. Renslig, og hyggelig personale. Kun tre stjerner pga skuffende mat. All inclusive maten var vedlig ensidig, lite varierende og generelt ikke spesielt god i forhold til andre hoteller med buffeer. Lite sunn mat.
