Too much perfume in room upon arrival

Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer waren sauber und komforttabel. Es ist ein älteres Haus das gut unterhalten ist aber leider auch sehr hellhörig ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Fabulous hotel in a very central location. Sky bar and pool were amazing at night with wonderful views. Would definitely recommend

This Hotel has mastered the most important thing to a guest. Service! I felt so welcomed from the communication before arrival and upon. Staff was very accommodating, kind and a willingness to help. The room was lovely. Spacious, clean, modern.

Excellent stay

Fint hotell med fantstiskt läge. Fräscha rum och underbar personal. God frukost, även om ja tycker det varit något bättre de senaste åren. Men kommer garanterat tillbaka! Stor eloge till Saratoga!!

This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Spent 2 great nights at the hotel which is a very central base for all the attractions and restaurants in Palma. Lots of beds at the downstairs pool. Roof top pool had amazing views but was quite small and busy but we still enjoyed it. Great breakfast options. Car parking option was essential for us (with a hire car). Would definitely recommend a stay

Great hotel. Big rooms with lovely balcony big enough to relax on. Rooms clean and modern with room safe and fridge. The hotel has great pool areas and roof top bar. The staff were helpful. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. I had the misfortune to faint whilst staying at Saratoga and the staff were extremely helpful. I’ve visited this hotel about five times over last few years and would highly recommend in every aspect.

Pool is small; shame the big restaurant is closed mo and tuesd

Nice property but did not fulfill my request and the room had ants in the bathroom.

While the hotel is beautiful, there were many small things that added up to it being a l as than ideal experience. The Expedia listing says the rooms are soundproofed which is an absolute lie. There is noise coming from the balconies, DJ on the rooftop until midnight in the middle of the week, cleaners were starting as early at 8:45am banging around in the hallways and adjacent rooms, I could even hear the footsteps of the people above me. Used earplugs and a white noise machine and was still woken up constantly. The wifi was unusable. I ran a speed test and the download speed was 1.07 Mbps, upload didn't even register and was 0 Mbps. I had an important call and had to hotspot from my phone in order to complete it. The toiletries in the shower were watered down, tried using the body was and all that came out of the pump were a few sudsy bubbles. It was not refilled during my 4 night stay. Finally, most of the staff was great but there was one in particular at the rooftop bar who was so rude to me I was nearly in tears and ended up leaving sooner than planned. I'd say location and the pools were the best part about this hotel but would have very serious doubts about staying there again.

Hotel was in a great area. Room was great. Just the rooftop pool and bar was over crowded and pool too hard to get in and out of. Didn’t try other 2 pools
