フロントスタッフがとても親身で非常に好感が持てました。部屋も広くて綺麗でバスタブがあります。朝食も充実していて、特に生ハムがとても気に入りました。中心部から少し離れており近くのメトロまで徒歩10分ほど掛かります。徒歩５分ほどのところにスーパーがあり買い物もできます。静かな立地ですが逆に治安には注意です。

部屋は広く、環境もよかったと思いますが、値段相応といえばそうなります。 不満点として、浴室に換気設備がないためお風呂後は長時間湿っぽい、風呂・トイレが同室なので大きな方の用を足した後は、1時間ぐらいお風呂に入りたくなくなる（臭いが・・・）、歯ブラシやタオルなどのアメニティが連泊中に新品に交換されないことが何度かあった（部屋のドアには掃除依頼の札を下げ別途メイキングは毎回されている）、参加予定だったホテル会議室のイベントについてフロントスタッフに質問しても「知らない」「ここではやっていない」を繰り返し、最終的に全く違う場所（徒歩で40分ほど離れた施設）を案内されるなど、スタッフ教育が十分かは大いに疑問。

とてもきれいなホテル。　スタッフの対応もすばらしい。　朝食の質、量とも申し分なし。

El personal de el hotel hace la estadia muy agradable. El standard y la ubucacion hace que el hotel sea una excelente opcion para unas buenas vacaciones.

Although a €10 taxi fare from town, it is a great location close to beaches. Also close to both hop on hop off lines with an easy stroll. Great restaurant and the pool was refreshing. Ideal for families. Restaurant staff in particular were fabulous. Would stay there again

Nice hotel, staff were friendly and the room was nice. Very good location. Gym was basic and breakfast was nice but they need to find ways to keep the food warm. Downside to my trip was there was no electricity on the first day until around 9pm. I couldn't leave the hotel as couldn't charge my phone and needed google maps to travel. Somehow the staff computers were still working.

Room was nice and it was clean. Was nosiy and the staff were not the most friendly. The hot tub was not hot and did not give us face cloths.

My early check-in was granted which was very helpful as we arrived from an early flight jet lagged with a young baby. We got the room we wanted but no crib in sight. It was brought up shortly once we called. In a safe neighborhood, close to the beach boardwalk. However, not close to the main attractions so definitely required taxi service to get around. Has a cute and spacious outdoor patio with a pool. Overall a good hotel but doesn’t come cheap.

Base on my experience it was fantastic experience we had, the satisfying journey, room was very nice, very clean, and the staff were great very accommodating.

The room was comfortable and very well looked after – the cleaning service was excellent. The pool area was lovely, although unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay. Breakfast was decent but felt a little overpriced for what was on offer

Close to the beach and walkable to the casino (15 minutes). It was a bit far from the major sites but overall a good spot and great customer service

Staff was friendly and professional, great hotel with the pool, it was a saver, because it was 90 degree when we stayed there. it would be 5 star, if we hadn’t have problems with the key every night and one day the room was not clean.

Expensive drinks, and the pool area is way too small for the hotel size. The front desk were not willing to resolve any issues either. My parents had no AC, the repairman lied and told us it wasnt turned on, when it was clearly just blowing warm air. Better yet, our fridge (empty mini bar) wasnt working, to which the front desk replied, 'its complimentary'. As in, we arent going to fix it because its some kind of free addition to the room.

Good hotel - near the beach and about 20 minute walk from the centre of Barcelona. Food was good in the hotel - the only drawback was the pool. It is unsupervised and sunbeds are reserved and not used for most of the day.

Nice hotel, excellent service, well located. We stay here every year for one night when transitioning from France to our flight back to Atlanta.

Esperienza SUPER positiva!! il personale dell’hotel è gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti, da Italiani abbiamo trovato buonissimo il caffè (che si sa all’estero è difficile quasi impossibile da trovare decente). Camera ampia e pulitissima, bagno con doccia e vasca. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va la mancanza di un balcone per magari far asciugare gli asciugamani. Consigliato, anche per la vicinanza alla spiaggia!.

Je suis très déçue de mon expérience. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait pas d’électricité. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre avec deux lits séparés, mais on m’a répondu qu’ils n’étaient pas au courant. Résultat : il a fallu attendre le lendemain qu’une autre chambre se libère. Une fois installée, j’ai constaté que la chambre était très sale, vétuste et minuscule, à peine plus grande qu’une chambre d’hôtel économique type Ibis, mais avec beaucoup moins de confort. La climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable, au point de m’empêcher de dormir la nuit. Et pour couronner le tout, le lit était extrêmement inconfortable, je m’enfonçais dedans, comme s’il n’y avait plus de matelas. Côté ménage, c’était catastrophique : les draps et serviettes sales n’ont même pas été changés, ils ont simplement été repliés pour donner l’illusion de la propreté. Le pire : en sortant de la douche, je prends une serviette soigneusement pliée et je découvre des poils et des cheveux dessus… extrêmement dégoûtant ! En résumé, entre le manque d’hygiène, le confort inexistant, le bruit, et l’absence totale de suivi des demandes, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Ce séjour a été une vraie déception.
