Great location, clean, nice common areas. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here even with a few issues and opportunities. The common areas are very nice. The rooms are tiny and very poorly designed. There’s no room for luggage and the room was so tight the door to the large terrace could not even be opened all the way to get outside making the huge uncovered terrace largely useless. The only place to hang towels was inside the shower. The fitness room was very unappealing. The smell was terrible, it was dark and poorly laid out like to person who designed it clearly never worked out before. Last, the dining and bar service was non-existent. There’s minimal staff. I had to track down someone after waiting 15 min in the bar with no help in sight. Service in the restaurant that evening was even worse. There was one person working. We felt bad for him and tipped him anyway. Good mgmt doesn’t set your team up to fail. Not his fault.

Wij waren voor de 4e keer in dit hotel en kunnen het alleen maar aanraden. Goede bedden, mooie tuin, rustig gelegen (stille kamer), alles op loopafstand, erg vriendelijk personeel en goede service.

Dit hotel volfoet in ruime mate aan alle verwachtingen. Kwaliteit op alle fronten, bijvoorbeeld kamers, ontbijt, betrokkenheid, service en niet te vergeten de introductie. Vriendelijke dames met veel aandacht voor de interesses en verwachtingen van de gasten. Binnen en buiten incl. Zwembad ziet er elke dag prima uit. Het was ons eerste bezoek aan dit hotel in Moraira. Komen we weer in de buurt, dan kunnen ze op ons rekenen.

We were part of a larger group here for a wedding and this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We would definitely come back again.

Nos gusto mucho el descanso , tranquilidad y opciones de comida. No nos gustó el estado de la piscina , muy caliente, en plena ola de calo. Falta mejorar la limpieza y rellenar las botellas de agua tal y como describe el cartel de la habitación. El resto todo bien.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and cool bars

staff very unhelpfull. they would even provide an invoice and said to get it from expedia. room very small and very minimal. uncomfortable bed and bedding. floor dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone. Very epensive too. this should be a one start hotel

Fantastic people, lovely accommodation

We stayed for two nights. The last night was a disappointment. The hotel acknowledged the issue but couldn't find a solution. We did receive a polite email from the manager later. The restaurant staff were fantastic, and Mr. Hassan at the reception desk was a great guy.

Hotel coqueto en Moraira con un servicio excelente, buen ambiente y desayuno más que correcto. Un poco alejado de las playas, pero como todo en esta zona. Buena oferta de restaurantes en las proximidades, variados y en sitios muy bonitos. A destacar la amabilidad de los empleados, sobre todo Olga y Joana..., mejor no se puede hacer.

2 nights stay in this very nice and perfect located hotel.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were very pleased with our choice. The reception was a pleasant experience nice and friendly welcome. The room was was clean and modern. The continental breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The terrace was a lovely place to have a drink and relax. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The one downside for us was the bathroom door to an otherwise nice bathroom. It was a triumph of design over function having gaps between the wooden battens that made up the door, it was a sliding type door ad also stood off the door frame to much. If you were in the room not only could you see the other person on the toilet but also here every noise This isn't unique to this hotel and I would stay here again as the good points far outweigh that one bad.

The hotel is great, close to a bunch of great restaurants and only a 25min walk to the center of town, the staff are really helpful and friendly the breakfast is delicious would stay again if I visit the area in the future

The hotel, staff & service were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with pool view. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

,Stayed here during my wedding days, loved the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the amazing pool and the area - best area in Moraira (Algas & playa d’Andrago’) The only thing is the internet connection that doesn’t stay on…. Every time you need to login again and again to receive incoming emails and so
