ロビーはやや狭目ですが、混み合うこともなくスムーズにチェックインできました。午前中に到着して荷物を預けることもでき、サービス良かったです。 アメニティも特に困ることはありません。 屋上のバーは街を一望という訳ではありませんが、山に沈む綺麗な夕焼けを見ることができます。 朝食は非常に選択肢が多く、魅力的です。飲み物も豊富ですので、数泊しても飽きないと思います。 部屋は全体としてはとても綺麗かつ清潔なホテルだったと思います。利便性はカタルーニャ広場からも地下鉄の駅からも近いので便利です。値段も妥当かと思います。

The location is great. You have all access to the shopping and restaurant. Our room was sweet room. Very nice. Bath tub was deep and big enough, however, there were ants flocked around the soap that need to be improved.

日本人にとっては物価が高いスペインにおいて､美味しい朝食ビュッフェは本当に助かりました。付けて良かったです。外では高い，生ハムやチーズ，美味しいパンにケーキと毎日堪能させてもらいました。とても綺麗で良いホテルでした｡ただ一つ残念だったことはフロントでトイレットペーパーが足りなくなった旨伝えたら，部屋からTELするよう言われて，ただ他の従業員の方がその場でくれたのでありがたかったのですが，あの対応はどうかな｡と思いました。 でも総じて，フロントの方，レストランの方も対応良く，とても良いホテルでした。

ホテルの周りは工事しているようでしたが、特に騒音も聞こえませんでした。室内はとても綺麗で近代的でした！無料の水やワインがあり、ラテマシンもあったので、ここまで設備が整っている部屋は今回の旅でこのホテルのみでした！2泊したため、紙に無料の水を欲しい旨をかいたところ、用意してくださってました！ありがとうございました！

繁華街にありながら治安もよく静かでとても良かった。

I booked the room late that night on Expedia because I decided to stay in Barcelona through the night and explore the gothic area a little bit more the next day. I arrived at around 11pm and found out that the room was full of ants in the night table and coffee area. I called the reception desk and they took a really long time to come up to the room. When they finally came up I was on a business call with USA ( -6 hours) and the attendant arrived with a huge vacuum. I asked them to come back later because I was in a business call. They never came back. I had to sleep with the ants near the bed and got biten. I chatted with Expedia customer help and they said they offered a room change which they never did offered me that option.

This hotel is very well located! Nevertheless, the wide central street in front the hotel (the street is La Rambla) is torn up as far as you can see. They say it might not be completed until the end of the year. After a room change, we had a room with a lovely balcony which we could enjoy after all the construction noise ended for the day. The staff is very helpful. We had a problem which they solved. Turns out after leaving the elevator, there are stairs leading to the first floor (2nd floor for USA travelers) AND in the hotel room. While the room was beautiful with an enclosed balcony, it was not good for travelers in their 70s. Patricia Delgado at the front desk was extremely helpful so we could change rooms the next day. Kudos to her helpfulness and cheerful demeanor. We were pleased with the housekeeping each day. One thing I noticed is the body wash and hair shampoo are one and the same. I recommend bringing your own shampoo so your hair will style better. The hotel has a rooftop bar as well as one downstairs. The breakfast has delicious and varied foods for everyone’s tastes, including different plant based milks, fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh yogurt. The hotel also has a middle of the day meal which we did not partake in. All in all, I recommend this hotel, especially the rooms with a balcony.

Excellent hotel , perfect location,very comfortable beds View from roof top bar ,excellent service from the bartender and perfect cocktails. Would definitely stay again .

The staff hotel is excellent. Shout-out to Alba, the receptionist, who went above and beyond the entire time we were there. The only observation I have is that if you get one of the rooms with a view of La Rambla, the room can get very warm in the afternoon. We had to leave the balcony doors open so it would freshen up a bit. But other than that, it was very nice. Location is excellent because you're in the middle of La Rambla. But because construction is happening on the whole street, it can get a little annoying and loud.
