Good two nights stay

Centrally located, clean and tidy

This is a tidy enough hotel and the poolside is nice, the bonus of a big screen to watch football at the poolside. My whole experience was influenced by the poor rude service I received one evening. I needed some water for my bedside and my room didn't have any cups/glasses. I went to the vending machine in reception which was broken. No staff were there to help. I had to call reception to ask for a cup, they told me they couldn't bring me one and i needed to go to the breakfast bar. An extremely rude male member of staff literally frog-marched me to the breakfast are downstairs and told me to take one small fruit juice glass, and shouted at me when I asked for more or a larger glass. Really poor and rude - it should be easy to get a drink of water in a hotel!!! Also another negative is that breakfast is only 8-10am which is far too short.

Good location, but everything else is just average. Enough seating at the pool area unlike some other places. Issues with TV that they could not be bothered to fix, which I would have liked having a day unwell in bed.

Great place , gd location

This is the second time I have stayed here and I checked out my room realising I had left a couple of t-shirts in the wardrobe when getting ready for my pick up to the airport to be told house keeping did not find anything I know 100% they were there so house keeping have stolen £280 worth of clothing and another one in my group had a packet of cigarettes stolen also. I definitely will not be returning considering I booked several rooms I was very disappointed by this.

Hotel was ok. Breakfast good, dinner poor. Sleep quality ok Shower pressure good, BUT, temperature fluctuations dangerous.

All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Amazing stay here for a few days. Hotel is immaculate throughout, pool area is great with plenty of beds available whenever needed. We only stayed on B&B basis but breakfast was second to none with a wide variety of choice. Central location for the entertainment of the strip and close to the beach. Staff very very helpful and safe was included in the cost of the room.

It was a very well organised hotel, maybe more for the older generation as the entertainment mirrors that. But a very nice hotel, food was great, and central to everything, so no complaints from me

Was ok shame tge cleaners didnt clean my room everyday will not ise again
