Hotel is in a quiet location within a few minutes walk to levante beach and also all the nightlife of the strip. Staff are amazing! Rooms very clean, waiting staff very attentive and friendly. I stayed half board which was value for money. Food was good, and was sufficient choice to always find something to eat. However as with all buffet’s in hotels I’ve experienced the food is quite repetitive if staying more than a few days. Also as with other hotels in Spain I’ve visited the food is unfortunately never that hot, always luke warm. They do provide a microwave though for those that want to heat their food up. Sound proofing between rooms is limited! So it’s fine as long as you have respectful guests staying next to you. Unfortunately for me my bedroom was next to people who shouted/argued and swore at each other for two of the nights out of seven that I stayed. Although that’s not the fault of the hotel, the sound proofing between rooms is very poor.

La estancia en el hotel fue agradable. Bien ubicado, piscina limpia, habitaciones a primera vista también, y el servicio de restauración bastante bien. La comida variada y de buena calidad. Los desayunos también los fueron. Sin embargo hubo algo que nos ha desconcertado. Llegamos un miércoles, y el viernes, mi novia al levantar su almohada encintado un puñado enorme de pelo rubio, enorme. Mi novia es morena. Llámamos a recepción y si, han enviado acto seguido una señora muy amable vino y nos cambió. Sin embargo le ha quitado mucho hierro al asunto. Sinceramente, pelos de otras personas es de lo mas asqueroso que puedes encontrar, y lo que había os aseguro que lo era. Pero nada más, un lo sentimos y ya está. Al día siguiente bajé y enseñé la foto a la persona que estaba en la recepción que no podía decir mucho más, pero creo que todo menos quitar hierro. Me desagrado lo que pasó después de que nos hayamos quejado. Lo demás, como dije antes, bastante correcto.

Lovely staff & decent food

Food choices and quality was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Location is handy for everything. Only negatives were thin room walls and beds too hard.

The excellent reception and restaurant teams, the cleanliness and great condition of the property.

Had issue with noise on first night. Fine after. Only other thing was balcony light was operated by hotel so you couldn't turn on yourself which my husband would have liked as he gets up early and would have liked to read outside

Very clean and the food was great. Most of all the staff were all friendly and made all the guests happy. I would definitely stay here again.

Was used as a base really as out and about . At the far end of the strip and is a bit of a climb up the hill to get to it. Staff are very friendly here and only had the breakfast, they do have proper bacon. Getting to the pool can be a bit of hit or miss with the key card to open the doors, had card reset and still wouldn’t work sometimes but can get let in.

Loved are stay from start to finish good pool area nice food clean and quiet.drinks not bad priced either.not to far from the beach, the bars ,and a lovely natural park walk ,up the hill .a lot of older people stayed here but we would stay here again

Supertrevlig personal, allt ifrån städare, restaurang, bar till reception. Kändes väldigt välkomnande. Lugnt och fint poolområde, där det alltid fanns solstolar lediga samt parasoller. Hög medelålder och litet poolområde, så är kanske inte så bra för barnfamiljer. Mycket rent rum. Vi hade frukost och middag och det var väldigt bra buffé med olika rätter och en kock som dessutom alltid stekte något kött och fisk. Trevligt också att de första dagen sa att vi kunde byta middag mot lunch någon dag, vilket vi också gjorde sista kvällen :) Kort promenad nerför gatan till knökfull strand och fin strandpromenad. Nära från hotellet att gå uppför, uppför för att komma till mer natur och två små stränder, där man kan snorkla. Och promenera/springa om man inte är rädd för backar och vill röra på sig. Annars är Benidorm bara höghus, mycket engelska barer och mycket folk (augusti), så skönt att ha ett lugnt hotell :)

The hotel is in a good quiet location just on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to beach and bars. Friendly staff. Nice clean basic rooms. Food was good and plenty of choice. Would recommend

Lovely hotel staff amazing 😘basic but spotlessly clean one thing that could have helped a glass in the room for a wee drink before you go out but everything else spot on 👍👍😎😎
