Spa was fantastic. Service was excellent. Hotel is dated as seen by peeling wallpaper, a phone next to toilet that is inoperable and low budget art on the walls.

Really excellent hotel away from the beaches and bustle.

Staff was excellent and highly motivated. Spa facilities were nice but not super-modern, still clean and cosy. Room and restaurant lovely, food in restaurant was expensive but nice and local. My babygirl was happy all over.

This stay is the perfect location for those looking to hike and enjoy the national parks of the area. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The front desk gentleman with the longer hair helped us pick some different hiking options in the area as well as other tips and tricks. I will be recommending this property to my friends, family, and coworkers when I get home. Thank you!

Receptionists were particularly good - very very helpful and considerate. Food in restaurant was above expectations and the room was very spacious

Fabulous hotel in idyllic location near the national park. Staff very friendly. Rooms lovely. Stunning views over the pine forest and Vilaflor. Food excellent. Lovely new dining room/conservatory bringing the outside in. Beautiful walks from the hotel. Small indoor pool and spa facilities.

This hotel is a real gem. A long way up the mountain and away from the masses, perfect peace. The spa was bigger than expected and comprehensive as were the treatments. The only thing I would say is there is a pan Asian theme to the food but with some dishes not hitting the mark. Staff very friendly and our room fabulous. Great for trekking!

The hotel was in a good location for hiking and biking up in mountain. Overall a good experience with an excellent spa. Only minus would be my room was located next to the reception so you could hear people talking and music but only faintly. It was quiet during the night tough. And the breakfast was a little disappointing with the section for a 4 star hotel. Worse thing would be they served frozen and not fresh fruit. Personal was friendly and helpful.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Parklandschaft. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe; einziger Minuspunkt - teilweise ist das Personal im Essemsbereich eher unfreundlich.

Great room, great spa area and lounge. Breakfast was superb. Throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Would definitely stay again.

El entorno del hotel ayuda al descanso, la decoracion navideña, de forma especial la zona del salón chimenea, es impresionante. Pero la calidad de la cena respecto al año pasado ha bajado. El spa poco atendido, solo funcionaba el yacuzzi.

Relaxing stay at VillAlba for hiking nearby. Hotel grounds are very well maintained, great views down to the coast. Spa facilities are amazing after a day hiking. Breakfast very good. Only area of improvement is dinner - menu is a bit strange (Asian style rather than Spanish/rustic) and service could be a bit slow. Some nice small restaurants in Vilaflor a 10-15min walk away

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das gesamte Ambiente, das Zimmer, die Außenanlage, Restaurant und Spa Abteilung.

Es ist ein ruhiges, traumhaft schönes historisches Hotel mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Garten und den Pinienwald. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind kostbar und komfortabel eingerichtet; besonders zu nennen sind hier auch die vielen Bilder und die schönen Fliesen im Badezimmer. Der Eingangsbereich mit den Blumen, der breiten Holzttreppe und der Galerie hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das Hotel besitzt einen schönen Spa-Bereich und eine wunderbare, weiträumige Gartenanlage mit vielen Liegen zum Relaxen. Der Service ist excellent; z.B. auch das freundliche, persönliche Willkommen, das Restaurant und der Transfer per Taxi zum Flughafen.

L'établissement est très bien situé, au calme et en pleine nature. Malheureusement, le service de restauration est nul, et très cher ! Nous avons payé par exemple 15 euros pour un minuscule plat de crevettes à l'ail (une spécialité de l'île) ; il y avait exactement 5 crevettes, une honte !! Et la suite du repas était à l'avenant, nul et hors de prix ! C'est bien dommage pour un établissement qui, s'il offrait une restauration correcte, serait extraodinaire.

Une très belle situation, calme avec un personnel aux petits soins. Seul léger "bémol" : infrastructures un peu "old school". Mais, indéniablement, un bel endroit de villégiature 😊

un peux d'eau dans le mini bar ne serait pas un luxe
