部屋、設備とも新しく快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの対応も丁寧で片言の英語でもしっかりしたサービスを提供してくれます。また、地下鉄駅からすぐという立地も最高で、観光地に行くにも食事をするのにも便利でした。朝食込みのプランにしましたが、パン、飲み物、おかずなども豊富で良い朝のスタートを切ることができました。

ホテルマンの対応は良かったが、浄水器等の設置があればもっと良かった！

どこに行くにも便利でした。朝食も美味しかった

目の前が駅で、観光スポットも近く、非常に立地が良いです。建物はレトロですが、内装は綺麗に保たれており、清潔感がありました。壁は薄いようで隣室の物音がかなり聞こえてきます。立地が良いので仕方ないと思いますが、お部屋は狭い印象です。便利ですがコスパは少し悪いと感じました。

The hotel is a perfect location in the Gothic Quarter. Nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast available daily. Close to the subway, coffee shop, Tapas restaurant. 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Shops & restaurant all within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

Our room had a rather odd odor which was not the most pleasant. That would be our only negative comment regarding the hotel. It wasn’t unbearable, just noticeable. The room was clean, the shower was challenging but we figured it out. Air conditioning was good, the buffet breakfast for 1 day was also very good.

Hotel Suizo has a fantastic location and was a great base for exploring Barcelona. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights for me was the balcony, which was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. That said, the room was quite small, and there was an unpleasant body odor smell that lingered during my stay. While the room was otherwise fine, this did affect the overall experience. Overall, a good option if location is your top priority, with excellent staff and a lovely balcony, but the room size and odor could be improved.

Perfectly located for our trip. Walking distance to most major tourist sites. Directly on metro route. However, A/C was non-functional. Bar fridge was non functional. They replaced the fridge on request and provided a pedestal fan to help circulate air movement. Staff was great. Very responsive.

Excellent location, central to gothic quarter, la Rambla and el born. We had a balcony facing the front of the hotel which was nice as it was facing a busy square which I found entertaining. Staff was helpful with local recommendations and they booked a taxi to take me to my very early morning flight. There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was nice in an excellent location. The only problem was lots of street noise at night and relatively small room. I did not check the breakfast.

Perfect Location .. could walk anywhere however metro is right there for those who choose. Staff were extremely friendly / helpful. I would absolutely stay here again !

Clean small room excellent location superb staff

This Hotel is my touchstone in Barcelona. The location is amazing!! I love the rooms with balconies so much.

The hotel is right in the gothic quarter, which means you are close to everything in the quarter. It also means it is very loud there right up to 3am, then the cathedral bells kick in at 5am.There is a buffet breakfast offered for 13€. The beds are super hard so if that works for you and you have ear plugs then this hotel will work. Hotel staff in the morning are super friendly. Staff in the evening are very much indifferent to you. One family in our group was given a different room than the rest of us, which was an issue as they were travelling with an infant. When they asked why they were given a different room, the front desk said all the rooms were the same, which clearly was not true. Front desk really couldn’t care less and made no effort to help the family. There are other options for accommodations in the area. It might be worth trying those first before staying here.

This hotel was close to the metro and in a great area of the Gothic Quarter. The paid continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. However, one of my tops disappeared from my luggage and I suspect the cleaning staff figured I wouldn’t notice one missing garment.

GREAT Location. Metro literally right outside the front door. The staff was extremely friendly and very patient with my attempts at speaking Spanish.

The hotel is in a great location in the Gothic quarter and near restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely and with a nice view down to the alleyway. Breakfast was lovely Highly recommend
