I thought the food choices were great although the food wasnt hot - it was warm at best. Plenty of foods to choose from at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunbeds are past their best and most beed replacing. The air con is pretty much terrible. I have to be honest, if you are a hot person, you'll struggle. I had to drag my bed under the fan/AC to try and get some sleep. Hotel spotlessly clean and i thought drinks were good price. It is 20 minute walk to newrest anything so a car would be advantageous. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Overall it was ok but attention to detail was lacking. The reception staff were nice but the restaurant staff were rude. The shower head in our bathroom was loose and fell on my daughter’s head. I asked for a kettle to be brought to the room twice and I was ignored. There were large hornet type insects on the window above some tables in the breakfast room. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the bathroom door. The pool was lovely but the sun loungers were covered in leaves and some had bird muck on them and had to be brushed off before use. I would not go back unless I had no choice.

교통이 조금 불편한 것 말고는 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 에스테포다 버스터미널이나 마베야쪽에서는 택시 이용을추천합니다. 요금도 10ㅡ15유로 정도입니다. 그리고 리셥션에도 매우 친절한 스태프가 있습니다. 특히 Mr. Jaime와 Miss Tania는 투숙 객들에게 아주 좋은 호감을 줄것입니다.

Todo muy bien, las vistas son maravillosas, tanto hacia el mar como hacia la montaña. El hotel no es nuevo, pero está muy limpio y bien conservado. Bufet de desayuno y cena muy variado, correcto.

Staff very friendly and reception staff welcoming. We has breakfast with our stay and there was a great selection to choose from.

For us it was convenient as we had a wedding nearby but the hotel is tired and in need of renovation.

Udsigten fra altanen mod bjergene var fantastisk. Værelset - som resten af hotellet meget slidt. Væggene papirtynde, som at sove sammen med sine 20 bedste venner. Mangelfuld rengøring, ingen bademåtte, afskallet maling, døren til værelset har været brudt op - dette meldt i december 2016 og stadig ikke repareret, 8 år senere!! “Hot breakfast” var iskold, juicen fra koncentrat - i Spanien, appelsinernes land. Alle overflader beskidte og ikke rengjort. Mange børnefamilier og larm i den kæmpestore restaurant. Check-in var virkelig søde og rare. Dyrt i forhold til det topmoderne, superlækre hotel, vi kom fra i Sevilla.

Good property, good staff , shuttle service works very well. My room had very high windows ( not a great design ) however excellent for the price. Exactly what I needed. Breakfast where awesome. Daniela ( a hostess ) super dedicated and an awesome worker. The hotel surpassed my expectations.

Good wiew. Good service allthough the english was not the best. Resturant food expensive and 3/5 for the alternative buffé. 1/5 becuase drink not included. Room was ok, I got a glas with dried lipstick on. The shower handle was not clean at all and old. Very smal tv. Also got a room with 2 side door beetwen that could entry to the other room. Good if you have family with kids. I could her the other person breath. Pool was also ok. For a 4 star hotel was this not worth the money. Recommdation to the hotel: 1: staff with good english speaking. 2. Rooms with better shower handles. 3. Bigger TV with smart functions. 4. Better food options , ask the guests what they like over time , and go after that.

Slitet hotell. Det blev fel direktivs incheckning vi fick ett rum som redan var upptaget av andra. ( !) Fanns ingen bäddmadrass det fick vi begära. Garderobsdörren gick knappt att öppna och stänga. Fick hyra vattenkokare av reception. Ingen safe box utan att hyra. Poolområdet var ok. Dålig service i baren . Hissen lät som den inte haft service på länge.

Nice hotel , quite far from anywhere but just used an Uber. A bus leaves every day to the beach at 10 for a few euro Plenty of entertainment going on , did not use the restaurant or go but looked fun when we passed.
