家族旅行で伺いました。 清潔感はよかったのですが、チェックインにとても時間がかかってしまい、少し大変でした。 ロケーションはとても○です！

立地が良い。旧市街にも新市街にもすぐアクセスできる。

Great location. Easy walk from the bus station. Room as expected, functional & clean. Bed comfy. Booked based on location, price and rooftop bar which were all good. We had great weather so used our balcony but the seats were quite uncomfortable.

Excellent location, and fully suited for bike rides. Very close the action of the city; the bike garage is wonderfull.

Check in staff were not knowledgeable about the area at all. They had no recommendations for restaurants or tours. Rooms were only okay

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was excellent.

Staff were wonderful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location with regard to the old town, was 1 block and you were in the middle of history.

Great situation and the most lovely, helpful staff.

What can I say about this Hotel, it was Amazing and was even better then what I was expecting. The room was amazing and the bathroom very clean with an amazing shower that you could spend all day in. The location was amazing, less than 3 minutes to the lovely square with restaurants and Girona town centre with all the attractions. The train station is only a 15 minutes walk away if you fancy a day out in Barcelona. There is an outdoor pool centre less then 15 minutes walk away which for 7 euros for the day is amazing value with excellent changing facilities and sunbeds and lots of area and the pool was very clean and big enough. I would highly recommend this hotel the staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were like I said outstanding. We will certainly be coming back. Thanks again Hotel Ultonia Mark and Sarah

Location is perfect - between the old town and the new . Everything within walking distance..Also the standard of food at breakfast was superb for a hotel of this level

Good area, helpful staff and clean In my opinion they should have an ice machine, better tv channels. The original lobby is being renovated that the reason isn’t quite enough. But definitely I suggest this hotel for everyone.

This hotel is very centrally located. The hotel is across the street from Placa de la Independencia and walking distance to all sites that Girona has to offer (unless I missed some of them). We were walking distance to the metro (which was great because we arrived via train from Madrid, went to and from Figueres and went to Barcelona all walking distance to the hotel). The hotel is under renovation which didn't affect us but the lobby was a little sad and unwelcoming (as it virtually did not exist) but despite the entrance the rest of the hotel is very decent with a nice patio with great views. Our room was on the 7th floor and we had a nice view. The lavabo in our room had old charm to it. The buffet is really nice but unfortunately I didn't have much of an appetite that day to eat my money's worth and I'm still thinking about all the foods that I wanted to try but didn't get to. Girona in itself was a lot nicer than I had expected and two nights were sufficient here. I don't know how I missed it but this hotel was a lot more expensive than I thought, perhaps when I booked I went off the Euro price (but it came to $200+CAN/ night), but for the short time we stayed here I suppose it was worth it to have the hotel so centrally located and we didn't have to pay for metro/ taxis as it is very walkable.

La habitación no tenía acceso al exterior, era un poco triste estar en la habitación.

It is perfectly located to walk to old town. Breakfast quality is very good
